As the person accountable for R&D deliverables, you will lead robust product design under the most demanding quality standards (CPM/CLEAN Project Management), ensuring that both the economic and technical milestones of the project are met.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure robust design aligned with cost targets and company standardization rules.

As Sales Manager Industrial for Iberia, you will be implementing plans, promoting the product portfolio, delivering on the set objectives, and maintaining the desired perceptions across Iberia
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the sales deployment directions provided by the Cluster Manager are reflected in the staffing of the sales company
- Prepare a sales and margin budget, expense budget, or forecast
- Ensure the accurate price list and pricing procedures are implemented
- Recruit, mentor, and coordinate the Sales team, while closely collaborating with the Sales Support Manager
- Build and implement an action-based local Marketing and Sales Plan
- Conduct joint customer visits with the team members, to ensure good relationships with customers and supervise the field sales staff's performance
- Lead wholesalers relationships, in regards to agreements, bonuses, rebates, data management, etc
- Ideally a background in electrical engineering or industrial automation
- Previous experience in industrial sales, mainly in the low-voltage sector, locally & international (preferred).
- Experience in leading teams, strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner.
- Proven ability to work in an international context.

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of total target cash pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Total target cash is comprised of an employee’s base salary and sales incentive target opportunity, when annual sales goals are achieved.
Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
If annual sales performance exceeds annual sales goals, the total target cash received may exceed the pay scale maximum reflected below.

¿Qué buscamos?

Esta persona, en dependencia de la gerencia, asumirá las siguientes funciones principalmente:
- Planificación y organización de los recursos (humanos y materiales).
- Gestión de equipos, tanto de personas como maquinaria.
- Supervisión y control de tiempos de ejecución.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento en materia de PRL y gestión medioambiental en las operaciones.
Requisitos mínimos:
- Imprescindible tener cursada la Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos o el máster de Caminos (exigencia de pliego).
- Imprescindible disponer de al menos 5 años de experiencia como Jefe/a de Obra hidráulica (exigencia de pliego).

ConfiARTE selecciona un/a Jefe/a de Obra para incorporarse a una importante constructora especializada en obra civil, participando en un proyecto de gran relevancia en la provincia de Jaén.
Buscamos un perfil con experiencia en gestión y ejecución de obras civiles, con capacidad para asumir la responsabilidad técnica y económica del proyecto.
Funciones
- Planificación, organización y seguimiento de la ejecución de la obra.
- Control de costes, plazos y calidad del proyecto.
- Coordinación y supervisión de equipos propios, subcontratas y proveedores.
- Gestión de la producción y seguimiento del avance de los trabajos.
- Interpretación y seguimiento de planos y documentación técnica.
- Control de certificaciones, mediciones y presupuestos.
- Coordinación con la Dirección Facultativa y demás agentes implicados.
- Supervisión del cumplimiento de los procedimientos de calidad, seguridad y PRL.
- Resolución de incidencias y búsqueda de soluciones durante la ejecución.
- Formación en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería de Caminos, Arquitectura Técnica o similar.
- Experiencia previa como Jefe/a de Obra, preferiblemente en proyectos de obra civil.
- Experiencia en gestión de equipos, subcontratas y proveedores.
- Capacidad de planificación, organización y control económico de obra.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en la provincia de Jaén.
- Se valorará especialmente experiencia en proyectos de gran volumen y complejidad.
