Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Center Specialist located in Fresno. The Customer Care Center Specialist will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The role involves handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications from customers, and assisting them with their banking needs. The Specialist will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills
- Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
- Proficiency with computer systems and banking software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in banking or a related customer service role is advantageous
