We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Remote Mail & Document Processors to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, reviewing, organizing, and processing both physical mail and digital documents. Accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency are essential. This position is well-suited for self-motivated individuals who are highly organized and comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, review, and process incoming physical and electronic mail
Scan, sort, and accurately index documents within internal systems
Verify document completeness and ensure correct routing
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to company policies
Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks as needed
Communicate with internal teams regarding document status and issues
Meet established daily and weekly processing deadlines
Required Qualifications
Authorization to work in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency, including email and document management systems
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Prior clerical, administrative, or document processing experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience and role type)
Annual Bonus: Typically 10% – 20% of base salary
