What will you be doing?

Como técnico/a sénior de ingeniería de mantenimiento y fiabilidad, nos ayudarás a ir siempre un paso por delante, adoptando las últimas tecnologías e identificando formas nuevas y más eficientes de trabajar. En este puesto, prestarás especial atención a nuestros procesos para ayudar a cumplir los exigentes estándares por los que nos regimos y pondrás en marcha mejoras para continuar avanzando.
Key job responsibilities
- Aplicar las mejores prácticas en el uso seguro de los equipos y supervisar al personal para garantizar que todos siguen los procesos correctamente.
- Garantizar el rendimiento de los dispositivos mediante comprobaciones visuales, controles de estado y tareas de mantenimiento preventivo, y programar revisiones adicionales cuando sea necesario.
- Supervisar al personal técnico que esté de turno para apoyar su desarrollo y actuar como primer punto de contacto para los/las ingenieros/as de mantenimiento y fiabilidad.
- Resolver problemas en los equipos para reducir los tiempos en los que las operaciones se detienen, para que se puedan procesar los paquetes lo antes posible.
- Ayudar a encontrar formas de mejorar constantemente los sistemas y homogeneizar los procesos en toda la red de la UE.
En cada turno, estarás al frente de un equipo asegurándote de que todos sus integrantes cuentan con el material necesario y de que este funcione perfectamente. Eso implica la supervisión de los procesos para velar por el cumplimiento de las normativas y políticas, así como garantizar que se lleva a cabo el mantenimiento preventivo pertinente para aumentar el tiempo de actividad de los equipos.
A partir de lo que observes en tus turnos, propondrás mejoras destinadas a incrementar la eficiencia y la productividad de nuestros sistemas y, más adelante, implantarás dichos cambios en todos nuestros centros de la UE. También deberás emplear herramientas como Scada, para supervisar los procesos a fin de garantizar su rendimiento, además de colaborar estrechamente con tu supervisor directo en las tareas administrativas.
Tu lugar de trabajo estará en uno de nuestros centros operativos. Trabajarás por turnos, lo que pueden incluir algunos fines de semana y noches. A medida que vayas ganando experiencia en este sector tan fascinante de Amazon, podrás progresar hacia puestos más sénior.

Nos caracterizamos por nuestra gran aptitud técnica y nuestra excelente capacidad para el trabajo en equipo, liderados por unos responsables con gran experiencia. Nuestro trabajo comprende el mantenimiento, la reparación y la solución de problemas relacionados con los equipos en toda nuestra red mundial de centros de distribución. El equipo cuenta con una serie de perfiles de dirección que se encargan de supervisar el desarrollo de tecnologías fascinantes, algunas de las cuales solo existen en Amazon.
Nuestro equipo se ocupa de la mayoría de los aspectos técnicos de Amazon, desempeñando tareas que van desde la instalación de sistemas automatizados de embalaje hasta la supervisión del mantenimiento general de un centro o la reparación de equipos clave de distribución. Esto incluye adaptar los edificios a la legislación vigente, para que todo el personal esté seguro y nuestras instalaciones funcionen con la mayor eficiencia posible. Basic Qualifications
- Título de formación técnica en mantenimiento.
- Experiencia previa relevante en un puesto de dirección técnica.
- Experiencia relevante en disciplinas tanto eléctricas como mecánicas.
- Experiencia relevante en el área de la automatización o con equipos de manipulación de materiales.
- Nivel avanzado de español, tanto oral como escrito, y conocimientos de inglés equivalente a B2.
Los requisitos deseables son un plus, pero no son obligatorios para solicitar el puesto. Si cumples los requisitos básicos mencionados, nos encantaría conocerte.
- Experiencia en entornos con multitud de contratistas y en diferentes ubicaciones en la interacción con multitud de contratistas y diferentes ubicaciones.
- Entiendes los sistemas de control basados en PLC y los requisitos normativos.
- Experiencia en el manejo de sistemas informáticos que permiten planificar el mantenimiento proactivo y registrar las tareas reactivas.

Do you want to join a fast paced Global Procurement Organization team focused on Amazon Operations? By joining the Site Procurement Operations Team, you have the opportunity to lead and deliver strategic Procurement projects for our internal Business Partners, at local, regional, national, and european level.
As a Site Procurement Manager, you will work in a team environment with Internal Amazon stakeholders, diverse Procurement peers, and external vendors, to procure value-adding solutions to the Business.
You will be joining a cross-functional team within one of our logistics sites, acting as a strategic Business Partner.
You will drive continuous improvement, innovation, prevent legal and supply risk, and sustainability through your Procurement missions.
Key job responsibilities
- Understand the business needs and ensure the requirements are justified, analyzing and making recommendations to the business. Manage complex projects with high spends, risks, confidentiality, and time constraints, in ambiguous environment, across multiples sites;
- Build effective stakeholder relationships, ensuring a high service level in terms of analyzing the scope of work, negotiating with vendors on cost, lead times and other key elements for local, regional, country-wide, and Europe-wide projects;
- Utilize various applications and systems to provide accurate metrics, reporting, and data incl. supplier performance metrics. Use and enhance the available tools to analyze opportunities and risks on spends, categories, vendors, legal aspects;
- Lead the Site Procurement Operations Process, from needs detection and definition, to contracting and implementation follow-up, going through sourcing, suppliers due diligence, negotiation, risk assessment, etc, using Coupa (ERP) and other tools. Deliver complex RFI and RFQ across multiple sites, BUs, and possibly countries;
- Create and execute contractual agreements such as Work Orders and Master Supply Agreements, driving contract compliance from vendors. Deliver contracts from A to Z mastering CLM (Contract Life Management);
- Execute and support national and EU-wide procurement projects and initiatives (tenders, cost optimization, sustainability, process improvements etc.), proactively collaborating with other Global Procurement Teams such as Category and partnering with Finance;
- Manage and ensure governance on Supplier Performance to ensure a high service level in terms of lead time, quality & maintenance, following-up contracts. Lead and support MBR/QBR where required and as agreed with Supplier Management Pillar and Categories. This also includes making sure the overall invoicing and payment process is running correctly for Amazon and the Vendors, taking corrective and preventive measures where needed;
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a local category to identify and seize savings opportunities, perform spend analysis and support a strategy definition for the country network. Deliver additional monetary value by using more complex cost/revenue management leverages (operational savings, revenue generation, warrants, long term contracts);
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and embed Amazon’s sustainability goals and processes by reducing waste, re-using materials and ensuring CSR compliance. Proactively contribute to strategic EU-wide cross-functional teams and initiatives (with GPSS, Category, EU SPO Functional improvement Pillars);
- Meet targeted Key Performance Indicators to deliver value for the business such as savings, financial metrics, sustainability and maintaining compliance against these categories;
- Be an ambassador by ensuring full compliance with the company Spending & Transaction policy, educating and driving the correct behaviors of business stakeholders towards internal procurement policy handbook. Customers are internal stakeholder departments such as Operations, Finance, Engineering, legal etc. Lead MBR and QBR with main internal and external stakeholders (GM, Change, RME, Vendors);
- Act as Country SME for a large category and/or have the ability to extend SME responsibilities to EU scope level;
- Provide trainings to the other Buyers on functional skills.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with Procurement or Supply Chain or significant Procurement experience.
- Relevant experience in a Procurement environment.
- Proficient computer literacy in MS office suite.
- Qualifications and/or experience in sourcing, contract management, or equivalent role.
- Negotiation skills (internal and external).
- Contract management skills.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and in local language.
