La compañía se encuentra en plena fase de consolidación tecnológica tras su fusión, en un proyecto de construcción integral de su nueva arquitectura de datos, con el objetivo de unificar sistemas, impulsar la analítica avanzada y sentar las bases para la expansión internacional.

Tareas
Buscamos un/a Data Architect / Lead Data Engineer que lidere el diseño y la implementación de la nueva arquitectura de datos del grupo. Serás quien construya desde cero los cimientos de un entorno moderno, escalable y gobernado. Reportando a Responsable de Data del grupo, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con la CTO para definir y construir la nueva arquitectura de datos:
- Diseñar y desplegar la nueva arquitectura de datos (Data Lakehouse): definición de los modelos conceptuales, lógicos y físicos, elección de tecnologías y establecimiento de estándares.
- Definir tablas maestras y aplicar prácticas de gobernanza del dato (políticas, seguridad, catalogación, linaje, cumplimiento normativo).
- Integrar datos de distintos sistemas tras la fusión de compañías, diseñando los flujos de movimiento de datos (ETL/ELT, streaming, batch).
- Asegurar escalabilidad y rendimiento, garantizando que la arquitectura soporte crecimiento y altas cargas.
- Colaborar con el equipo de infraestructura y proyectos de IA generativa.
- Liderar la ejecución del proyecto de arquitectura y dar soporte al área de Data.
Requisitos
- +7 años de experiencia en Arquitectura de Datos o Data Engineering senior.
- Experiencia en entornos multicloud (AWS, Snowflake, Google Cloud, Oracle OCI).
- Sólido conocimiento en modelado de datos, integración y BI.
- Capacidad de liderazgo técnico y visión estratégica.
- Mentalidad constructora, con ganas de crear desde cero.

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software or data platform environments
- Strong technical background, ideally with hands-on experience in cloud-native architectures, AWS services, and Snowflake
- Familiarity with data abstraction layers and platform-as-a-product principles
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) and product lifecycle management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and user stories
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for delivering impactful solutions

We are looking for a talented and passionate Data Scientist to join the Data team in our Barcelona HQ.
Data Science, Machine Learning, and Experimentation are key drivers of Glovo’s customer engagement strategy. Data scientists own the core models that optimize Glovo’s user retention and loyalty. These include our recommendations and personalization engines, which drive millions of euros annually in incremental revenue. THE JOURNEY
- Develop, test, and productionize predictive and prescriptive algorithms using state-of-the-art machine learning, statistical inference, and optimization models.
- Evaluate algorithms through controlled offline and online experiments.
- Contribute to building our models for personalized recommendations.
- Work in cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product, engineering and design.

Who will you be working with?

El equipo de ingeniería de mantenimiento y fiabilidad (RME) de Amazon es fundamental para nuestras operaciones, ya que se encarga de mantener la maquinaria esencial en funcionamiento de forma permanente. Como técnico/a de mantenimiento, te encargarás de revisar una gran variedad de maquinaria y espacios de trabajo, velando siempre por las buenas prácticas en materia de salud y seguridad. Ayudarás a proteger a los miembros de tu equipo y a prevenir las interrupciones de la actividad. Nuestros/as técnicos/as de mantenimiento y fiabilidad multiplican la disponibilidad y calidad de nuestra maquinaria, además de procurar la mejora del entorno operativo.
Key job responsibilities
- Llevar a cabo tareas de mantenimiento proactivo y de prevención de una gran variedad de equipos.
- Realizar reparaciones reactivas y diagnósticos de averías en un almacén de distribución en funcionamiento.

Nuestros/as técnicos/as de mantenimiento y fiabilidad trabajan sobre el terreno en nuestros centros, lo que les permite responder rápidamente ante cualquier problema que surja con la maquinaria. Te encargarás del mantenimiento preventivo planificado de los equipos de nuestras instalaciones para garantizar que funcionen con seguridad. Como técnico/a de ingeniería de mantenimiento y fiabilidad, también deberás reaccionar con celeridad ante cualquier avería, investigando, identificando y aplicando soluciones lo antes posible. También propondrás mejoras a largo plazo.
Te encargarás de las tareas diarias de mantenimiento, como pintura y fontanería, codo con codo con los miembros sénior de tu equipo, y te pondrás en contacto con contratistas si hace falta ayuda externa. Trabajarás en distintos turnos para garantizar que nuestros centros cuentan con un servicio de asistencia las 24 horas del día, lo que permitirá a Amazon realizar sus entregas a la velocidad acostumbrada.

Nos caracterizamos por nuestra gran aptitud técnica y nuestra excelente capacidad para el trabajo en equipo, liderados por unos responsables con gran experiencia. Nuestro trabajo comprende el mantenimiento, la reparación y la solución de problemas relacionados con los equipos en toda nuestra red mundial de centros de distribución. El equipo cuenta con una serie de perfiles de dirección que se encargan de supervisar el desarrollo de tecnologías fascinantes, algunas de las cuales solo existen en Amazon.
Nuestro equipo se ocupa de la mayoría de los aspectos técnicos de Amazon, desempeñando tareas que van desde la instalación de sistemas automatizados de embalaje hasta la supervisión del mantenimiento general de un centro o la reparación de equipos clave de distribución. Basic Qualifications
- Experiencia trabajando en mantenimiento mecánico y/o eléctrico.
- Experiencia en sistemas de mantenimiento preventivo programado
- Experiencia en búsqueda de fallos de sistemas MHE (del inglés: Material Handling Equipment) /Automatización.
- Nivel avanzado de español, tanto oral como escrito.
- Los requisitos deseables son un plus, pero no son obligatorios para solicitar el puesto. Si cumples los requisitos básicos mencionados, nos encantaría conocerte.
- Experiencia en la monitorización basada en el estado.
- Experiencia en el manejo de máquinas de impresión y aplicación de etiquetas.
