Te encargarás de uno o más Vendors y/o 3PLs estratégicos. Serás responsable de coordinar los procesos operativos y el flujo de trabajo de los pedidos de los clientes de Amazon, así como de supervisar varios indicadores clave de rendimiento y mantener una comunicación constante con los socios empresariales.
Dado que este puesto puede implicar visitas a los centros de Vendor Flex para ofrecer apoyo in situ, es posible que se requiera carné de conducir.
Key job responsibilities
- Responsabilidad sobre el funcionamiento exitoso y continuo de los procesos operativos de Amazon, así como participación en la coordinación y el desarrollo continuo de todos los procesos en el área de CF Flex, en el marco de la asociación Amazon-Vendor/3PL.
- Seguimiento de los procesos operativos clave dentro del almacén, garantizando la ausencia de defectos. Estos procesos incluyen, entre otros, los de Recepción, Almacenamiento, Picking, Packing, - Envío y Transporte, Calidad, Integridad de Stock y Transferencias.
- Contacto directo con los representantes de nuestros Vendors y 3PLs, así como con las funciones de soporte de Amazon de distintos equipos, incluyendo, entre otros, SST, Ventas, Transporte, IT y Desarrollo de Negocio.
- Supervisión y seguimiento de los indicadores clave de rendimiento, en línea con los objetivos generales de CF Flex. Apoyo a la red CF Flex en áreas que incluyen, entre otras, coberturas de almacén, lanzamientos, cierres, reubicaciones y conversiones, así como la ejecución de iniciativas de mejora continua y nuevos proyectos.
Como asistente de logística, actuarás como representante local de Amazon, comunicándote a diario con socios empresariales externos (Vendors y 3PLs) e internos (equipo directivo y otros departamentos, incluyendo, entre otros, SST, Ventas, Transporte, IT y Desarrollo de Negocio). Siempre buscamos formas de mejorar nuestros procesos, y serás una pieza clave en la identificación y ejecución de estas mejoras. Tendrás un sólido conocimiento de las tareas diarias de un asistente de logística y actuarás como referente para Amazon, demostrando compromiso, fiabilidad, buenas prácticas en materia de salud y seguridad, y entregando resultados de alta calidad.
La organización CF Flex implica principalmente la presencia individual del asistente de logística en el centro, con el respaldo de trabajo en equipo y gestión remota, por lo que las habilidades de comunicación son fundamentales. La disposición para viajar es imprescindible, ya que en ocasiones podrás ser movilizado/a a otras ubicaciones de CF Flex para prestar apoyo.
Basic Qualifications
- Experiencia relevante trabajando con MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) en un entorno profesional.
- Dominio avanzado de español tanto en comunicación escrita como verbal (Marco Común Europeo de Referencia C1, MCER).
- Experiencia relevante trabajando con análisis de datos y utilizando estas métricas para identificar problemas.

Basic Qualifications
Currently in your penultimate year and working towards a university bachelors’ or masters’ degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial or Software), or a STEM subject.

We´re looking for an experienced Software Engineer to help form our team and influence the team culture and will help hire and develop the team. You will work with the team to quickly and iteratively deliver high quality software features. Your team´s work will often be mobile device (Android and iOS) focused but you will work across the software stack as needed. Most of all, you´ll partner with your peers and leadership to make sure that the team is a healthy and enjoyable place for everyone to be at their best and have fun.
Key job responsibilities
- Have a seat at the table defining the structure and strategic goals for this new organization
- Work with your manager to clarify requirements, design solutions, and solve difficult software problems
- Identify appropriate trade-offs and escalate when you realize that a problem is beyond your control.
- Mentor your new teammates and help them learn to develop production software in line with Amazon´s quality bar
- Take ownership for the long-term quality and success of the products that your team builds and drive continuous improvement in engineering and operational excellence
- Participate in an on-call rotation once every ~2 months
A day in the life
In this role, you´ll leverage your experience as a Software Engineer to solve difficult technical problems for cross platform mobile applications (FireOS, Android, iOS), often using React Native and/or Java. You´ll invent, design and build software that solves the challenges that kids and their parents face day-to-day. You´ll work closely with your leadership and product management stakeholders to design simple solutions. You´ll help to maintain our production software in the field and you´ll identify our pain points and drive your team to solve them. You´ll help make your team better and more efficient.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience (non-internship) in professional software development
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor´s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience designing native mobile experiences (iOS, Android, and Kindle) and mobile-optimized websites
- Experience building web applications with React and modern web technologies
