Responsabilidades

About the role:

We are seeking a Cyber Incident Response Manager to strengthen and scale Fever´s global security posture across both cloud and corporate IT environments. In this role, you will mature our end-to-end incident response lifecycle and elevate our security operations capabilities to protect a fast-moving, high-growth global organization. You will lead the enhancement of detection engineering, refine incident response processes and runbooks, and extend security coverage into new operational areas.

Additionally, you will help grow and empower a specialized team focused on reducing response and containment times while driving continuous improvements in detection logic, automation and tooling.

What would you do at Fever?

On your first month in Fever:
- Be fully integrated into the team. You will participate in planning and follow-up meetings with other areas.
- Have met the departments of Fever.
- Get familiar with Fever´s technological structure and ecosystem (applications, infrastructure, architecture, etc.)
- Gain a deep understanding of Fever´s cloud infrastructure, security stack and current IR processes.

After 3 months in Fever:
- Assess the current cyber incident response posture, threat detections and monitoring capabilities.
- Conduct a maturity assessment of IR processes for our cloud service providers (e.g. AWS) and other critical platforms.
- Review existing runbooks and identify gaps or areas for rapid improvement.
- Lead cross-functional tabletop exercises with engineering, data and operations teams.

On your 6th month in Fever:
- Build a prioritized action plan for strengthening transversal incident response across teams.
- Operate a mature, measurable and scalable incident response process.
- Deliver improved detection logic and automation that reduces mean time to identify, contain and mitigate incidents.
- Propose new detection strategies and execute improvements to threat intelligence and monitoring coverage.
- Optimize KPIs and expand reporting to ensure progress against security objectives.

Key responsibilities:
- Strengthen and scale the incident response program.
- Design, update and maintain IR processes, playbooks and runbooks tailored to cloud and corporate IT environments.

¿Qué estamos buscando?
Actualmente tenemos un puesto vacante para un/a DevOps Engineer que quiera unirse a GFT. Buscamos una persona entusiasta y dinámica dispuesta a empezar y crecer en un entorno multicultural, motivador y desafiante.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:
Aunque dependerán de tus conocimientos y experiencia aportada, en general las principales funciones que llevarías a cabo con nosotros serían:

- Comprender las necesidades del cliente y trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos correspondientes para garantizar que la solución en la nube desarrollada esté alineada con las necesidades y la Propuesta de Valor de GFT.
- Diseñar y desarrollar pipelines de integración y despliegue continuo (CI/CD), asegurando calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento normativo.
- Desarrollo en Python y Go, Rust, principalmente para desarrollo de operadores y herramientas internas
- Trabajo con clusters en OpenShift, AWS y Azure, donde se encargará del despliegue y mantenimiento de aplicaciones, la resolución de incidencias y el soporte operativo.
- Gestionar y optimizar entornos containerizados con Kubernetes. Especialmente en Redis, RabbitMQ y la integración con las aplicaciones
- Gestión completa del ciclo de vida de operadores con OLM, desde el despliegue hasta las actualizaciones y el mantenimiento en catálogos
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de delivery para asegurar la correcta implementación y entrega de las soluciones diseñadas.

Requisitos:
- Experiencia como DevOps Engineer al menos de 4 años.
- Conocimientos sólidos en AWS o Azure.
- Imprescindible experiencia con Python/Go.
- Experiencia trabajando con Kubernetes.
- Habilidades en scripting (Shell Scripting).
- Experiencia en integración y despliegue continuo (CI/CD).
- Valorable nivel de inglés fluido (B2).

We are the Data Science team within AI Labs, the applied AI department at Insud Pharma. We are a team of 30 professionals (AI Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers) working across the full breadth of the company, building products, models, and analytical solutions that directly inform and shape decision-making.

We are looking for an Applied Data Scientist with strong technical foundations who is eager to work across diverse and complex problem domains (R&D, drug manufacturing process optimization, clinical trials, and beyond). You will model problems from the ground up—defining the right framing, selecting appropriate methodologies, and owning solutions through rigorous development to full deployment.

We are seeking someone curious enough to tackle varied challenges (graph theory, embeddings, neural network forecasting models, causality, Bayesian optimization), rigorous enough to justify every technical and methodological decision, and independent enough to deliver end-to-end impact while taking full ownership of their work.

How the team works:

AI Labs operates with a startup mindset within Insud Pharma. The department is young, and the culture reflects that: flat, collaborative, and fast-moving. Beyond the Data Science team, you will work alongside AI Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers who are equally committed to delivering high-quality work.

We hold regular demo days where teams present their work, as well as whiteboard sessions where we tackle problems together. The cross-disciplinary dynamic is genuinely strong. The office is located in central Madrid (Chamberí, near Eloy Gonzalo), well connected and situated in a vibrant part of the city.

The challenge!

• Collaborate with small, cross-functional teams. Each project is run by a small group — typically a Product Manager, a Data Scientist, an Engineer, and key stakeholders. Iteration is fast, feedback loops are short, and your contribution is visible from day one.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and insights in large datasets.
• Design, implement, and validate machine learning models and statistical methodologies to solve high-impact, real-world business problems.
• Translate technical findings into clear narratives, visualizations, and decision frameworks for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed and data-driven decisions.

What do you need?

• Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
• Expertise in Python programming, including proficiency with data science libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow…).
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge and experience in causal inference methodologies will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures and natural language processing is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in business contexts is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
• Clean, maintainable code and familiarity with software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their machine learning services.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and SQL databases is a plus.
• Proficient in Spanish and English in written and verbal communication.

En Akkodis estamos transformando la industria ferroviaria con soluciones digitales innovadoras. Buscamos un Desarrollador/a Fullstack comprometido y con capacidad para diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones que integren tanto el frontend como el backend, orientadas a optimizar la operación y gestión de sistemas ferroviarios.

La persona formará parte de un equipo multidisciplinario en el que trabajará en la creación de interfaces intuitivas, en el desarrollo de APIs robustas, y en la integración de sistemas y dispositivos que permitan la monitorización y análisis en tiempo real de datos ferroviarios.

Responsabilidades:
Desarrollo Frontend:

Diseñar y desarrollar interfaces web y/o móviles intuitivas que faciliten la gestión de información (horarios, estado de trenes, incidencias, mantenimiento, etc.).
Optimizar la experiencia del usuario utilizando frameworks modernos (Angular, React, Vue.js).

Desarrollo Backend:

Implementar la lógica de negocio para procesos críticos en el ámbito ferroviario, como la programación de trenes, control de incidencias y mantenimiento predictivo.
Diseñar, desarrollar y exponer APIs RESTful (o GraphQL) que integren sistemas internos y dispositivos IoT de manera segura y eficiente.

Gestionar la integración y sincronización de datos procedentes de bases de datos, sistemas legacy y servicios en la nube.

Infraestructura y DevOps:

Desplegar aplicaciones en servicios cloud (AWS, Azure o Google Cloud) garantizando escalabilidad y alta disponibilidad.Configurar pipelines de integración y despliegue continuo (CI/CD) para optimizar el proceso de entrega de software.Implementar medidas de seguridad aplicadas tanto a la infraestructura como a las aplicaciones, cumpliendo con normativas y estándares específicos del sector ferroviario.

Colaboración Interdisciplinaria:

Trabajar en conjunto con equipos de ingeniería, expertos en señalización y operarios del sector ferroviario para comprender y traducir sus necesidades en soluciones digitales.
