• Build and optimize scalable, production-grade data pipelines using AWS (Glue, S3, Athena, Redshift)
• Support the transition from legacy DWH to a lakehouse architecture (bronze/silver/gold)
• Ensure documentation, data quality and efficient ETL/ELT processes
• Translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations and stakeholder report
• Design, deploy, and maintain ML models (supervised, unsupervised, time‑series)
• Develop reproducible pipelines and monitor model performance for continuous improvement
• Build dashboards and self‑service analytics using Power BI, QlikView, and Python/R
• Define data and analytics standards with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and governance teams
• Act as SME on statistics, predictive analytics, and AI integration
• Participate in multi‑country governance, metadata, and data quality processes
• Implement automated workflows for testing, deployment, and monitoring of ML solutions
• Integrate ML operations with CI/CD and IaC pipelines to support DevSecOps

• Must have:
• 5-7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or predictive modelling
• Advanced SQL, strong Python and/or R skills, and experience deploying ML models
• Expertise with AWS services (S3, Glue, Athena, SageMaker, Redshift)
• Familiarity with data lakehouse architectures and hybrid cloud environments
• Proficiency with visualization tools (Power BI, QlikView)
• Nice to have:

• Experience in financial or regulated industries
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Terraform, DORA, or EU data regulations
• AWS certifications, QlikView experience, and Visual Basic with MS Access
