- Establish technical designs to meet Sanofi requirements aligned with the architectural and Data standards

About You

¿Qué proyectos desarrollamos?
La misión de la dirección de Riesgo Operacional es asegurar la identificación, medición, evaluación, gestión, mitigación y reporting del riesgo operacional del Grupo CaixaBank.
La asignación del puesto de trabajo puede ser indistintamente en Barcelona o Madrid (servicios centrales).
Buscamos una persona responsable de la gestión, integridad y trazabilidad de los datos de pérdidas operacionales, desde su captura inicial en entornos SAP-GRC hasta su tratamiento y consolidación en entornos analíticos (DataPool). Capaz de participar activamente en el diseño, mantenimiento y control de calidad del modelo de datos de riesgo operacional, colaborando con equipos técnicos y de negocio, así como proponer e implementar estrategias de automatización de los procesos de captura de información.
Los proyectos que asumirás en la posición son:
- Gestión de la Base de Datos de riesgo operacional (SAP-GRC).
- Administrar y supervisar la captura, validación y registro de eventos de pérdidas en SAP-GRC.
- Garantizar la integridad, consistencia y completitud de los datos.
- Realizar tareas de mantenimiento (parametrización, categorización, workflows).
- Elaboración, implementación y seguimiento de controles sobre la información de la base de datos de pérdidas operacionales para detectar inconsistencias, duplicidades y errores, así como documentar y versionar los procesos de control y tratamiento de datos.
- Colaboración en el diseño e implementación del nuevo modelo de datos de pérdidas operacionales que permita la captura de nuevas fuentes de información y su tratamiento en Datapool/Entorno Cloud.
- Participación en proyectos de integración de sistemas y migración de datos.
- Monitorización y optimización del rendimiento de las bases de datos y sistemas asociados.
- Colaboración en la definición de propuestas de mejora y evolución del entorno tecnológico de soporte.
- Colaboración en la preparación de datos base para el reporting interno y Supervisores.
- Interrelación con Sistemas, así como otros equipos de gestión especializados en pérdidas operacionales.

About The Role
As a Data Scientist, you will solve challenging logistics and optimization problems to make our customers more successful. You will analyze large amounts of data from a variety of sources, discover and solve real world problems, and develop metrics and business cases that will enable us to continually delight Auctane customers. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly analytical, and intensely detailed with a strong customer focus.
What will you be doing?
- Work with the Data Science Manager and wider team to plan, implement, and support data science projects to help our customers work and ship more efficiently
- Communicate the results and methodology effectively within the team and to stakeholders across the business
- Stay on top of innovations and technologies in the world of Data Science, ML, and AI
- Collaborate with people in our Product and Engineering teams to put your work in the hands of customers
- Participate in regular project reviews
- Provide feedback to other members of the team
- Use visualization, reporting and other tools to improve the ways in which our team accesses and interprets datasets.
- Measure and continuously improve the accuracy of predictive models.
- Effectively document and communicate methodologies and results.
- Use data to inform and influence the direction of the product roadmap.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Maths, Statistics, or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Strong interest in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI
- Familiarity with data-engineering best practices and experience working with large, complex datasets
- Strong SQL & Python skills
- Experience working on end-to-end ML projects
- Advanced experience with software development practices, version control (e.g., Git), and basic code modularization.
- Effective communication skills — especially in explaining technical results to non-technical audiences
- Profienct in English, both verbal and written.
- Interest or experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Geospatial analysis
- NLP
- Neural Networks or Graph Neural Networks
- Cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure
- ML / AI System Design
