El Cybersecurity & IT Compliance Manager es el responsable de la ciberseguridad de Europastry a nivel global. Define la estrategia de ciberseguridad del grupo y dirige su ejecución en todos los países en los que la compañía está presente, tanto en los sistemas corporativos (IT) como en los entornos industriales (OT). Trabaja desde la sede central de Sant Cugat del Vallès y reporta directamente al Director de Sistemas de Información (CIO).

¿Cómo sería tu día a día?

• Definir la estrategia de ciberseguridad del grupo y su hoja de ruta, y dirigir su ejecución.
• Gestionar los servicios y los proyectos de ciberseguridad de la compañía, de principio a fin.
• Dirigir al equipo de operaciones de ciberseguridad y a los proveedores externos de servicios de seguridad de la información, y supervisar su trabajo.
• Coordinar la implantación de las medidas de ciberseguridad en los países del grupo a través del personal de IT de cada sede.
• Responsable de definir y mantener el marco corporativo de ciberseguridad, garantizar el cumplimiento normativo (ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, NIS2, EU AI Act y RGPD), coordinar auditorías, gestionar riesgos de terceros y promover la concienciación y la mejora continua.
• Liderar las operaciones de seguridad y la respuesta a incidentes, supervisando la monitorización 24/7, el análisis forense, la gestión de crisis, las vulnerabilidades y las auditorías técnicas.
• Definir la arquitectura de seguridad corporativa para entornos IT, OT y Cloud, impulsando Zero Trust, la gestión de identidades y accesos, la seguridad industrial y la selección e implantación de nuevas tecnologías de ciberseguridad.
  
  

Que buscamos en un/a Baker

• Formación: Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar. Se valorarán certificaciones CISM, CISSP e ISO 27001.
• Idiomas: Español e inglés fluidos.
• Experiencia: Más de 10 años en ciberseguridad, con al menos 3 años liderando equipos o proveedores.
• Conocimientos técnicos: Normativa y estándares de seguridad, arquitectura Zero Trust, gestión de identidades, respuesta a incidentes, continuidad de negocio, seguridad de redes, herramientas de protección y entornos cloud.

Funciones

• Dirección global del servicio: planificación, presupuesto, gestión financiera y cumplimiento de SLA/ANS.
• Gestión del equipo SAP: dimensionamiento, asignación de recursos y desarrollo de las personas.
• Interlocución con el cliente en los comités de gobierno (estratégico, táctico y operativo).
• Oficina de Gobierno: metodología (ITIL, ágil, PMP/PRINCE2), procedimientos de calidad, reporting e indicadores.
• Preparación de comités, actas, gestión de riesgos, escalados y planes de mejora continua.
• Gestión documental del servicio y de los planes de transición y devolución.

Buscamos un/a Senior Data Analyst para incorporarse a un entorno orientado a datos, participando en la recopilación, tratamiento, análisis y visualización de información, así como en la mejora y automatización de procesos analíticos.

Funciones

• Recopilar, limpiar y estructurar datos de diferentes fuentes.
• Elaborar reporting operativo y ejecutivo y análisis de KPIs.
• Crear y mantener dashboards en Power BI, incluyendo DAX y Power Query.
• Realizar consultas y transformación de datos mediante SQL.
• Desarrollar análisis y automatizaciones con Python (Pandas, NumPy).
• Identificar oportunidades de automatización utilizando Power Automate / Power Apps.
• Participar en iniciativas de IA y Machine Learning aplicadas al negocio.
• Trabajar con equipos de Business, PMO y Tecnología para traducir necesidades en soluciones de datos.

• Tendrás horario flexible.

• Formación en Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Estadística, Data Analytics, Informática o similar.
• Dominio del inglés (avanzado/bilingüe) y español.
• 5+ años de experiencia en Data Analytics / BI.
• Experiencia con:
• Power BI, DAX y Power Query
• SQL

• Conocimientos básicos de IA / Machine Learning.
