Are you ready for your next international step in your carreer?!
We are recruiting 10 Service Assurance Engineers to support the monitoring, incident management, and operational stability of critical live services in an international environment.
This role focuses on maintaining service performance and resilience across complex infrastructure and cloud-based systems while working within a structured shift rotation.
What would you do?
- Monitor live services through event management and alerting tools to identify incidents and performance issues.
- Manage L1 and L2 incidents from registration to resolution using ITSM platforms and established processes.
- Coordinate incident response activities, involving L3 teams and suppliers when escalation is required.
- Execute operational activities including standard changes, maintenance tasks, service restarts, and planned updates.
- Communicate incident updates clearly to customers while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Follow SLA tracking, operational governance, and continuous improvement practices.
Who are the perfect candidate
- Experience in Service Assurance, NOC, SOC, or IT Operations environments.
- Hands-on experience managing and resolving L1 and L2 incidents.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Experience working with ITSM platforms and monitoring tools.
- Ability to work in a full-time rotating shift schedule and a 16-day cycle with 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 night shifts, and 4 days off.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills to work effectively in an international environment.
