We are looking for technical Engineering Managers to lead teams focused on Big Data and MySQL databases. We write code in Python and encode modern operational practices for data applications at scale on Kubernetes and cloud machines.
Location: This role can be filled in European, Middle East, African or any American region / time zone.
What your day will look like
- You will lead a team building scalable data solutions for Kubernetes and cloud machines

Necesitamos incorporar un Technical IT Project Manager
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
Tu rol será híbrido, combinando la gestión estratégica del proyecto con la ejecución técnica avanzada.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Gestión y Liderazgo de Proyectos:
Planificación y Control: Definir alcances, cronogramas, hitos y recursos necesarios, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y calidad.
Interlocución Clave: Actuar como el punto de contacto principal con el cliente, gestionando expectativas, comunicando avances y traduciendo necesidades de negocio a soluciones técnicas.
Coordinación: Gestionar la colaboración interna del equipo técnico para asegurar que las piezas del puzle encajen.
- Ingeniería, Implementación y Soporte:
Diseño de Soluciones: Elaborar diseños técnicos y documentación de proyectos de redes, sistemas y ciberseguridad.
Soporte N3: Actuar como escalado final para incidentes críticos de ciberseguridad o sistemas complejos.
Mentoring: Participar activamente en la mejora continua y formación técnica del resto del equipo.
Requisitos:
Experiencia: 5+ años demostrables en diseño e implementación de infraestructuras (Redes/Sistemas) y al menos 2 años gestionando o liderando proyectos tecnológicos.
Gestión de Proyectos: Capacidad probada para gestionar cronogramas, documentación de proyectos y relación con clientes. Se valorará conocimiento de metodologías Ágiles o Waterfall.
Cloud & Virtualización: Dominio de entornos Cloud (Azure, AWS) y virtualización (VMware vCenter, Horizon, FSLogix, VMware DEM).
Sistemas Microsoft: Experiencia sólida en MS Windows Server, GPOs, AD, EntraID (Azure AD) y ecosistema M365/OneDrive.
Redes y Ciberseguridad: Conocimientos avanzados en configuración de Firewalls, MFA, soluciones XDR y routing/switching.
Soft Skills: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, orientación a resultados, liderazgo natural y transparencia.
Se valorará positivamente:
Certificaciones de Gestión: PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master o similares.
Certificaciones Técnicas: CCNA/CCNP, Azure Administrator/Architect, MS-500/SC-200.
Titulación: Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o Grado Superior en ASIR/Ciberseguridad.
Idiomas: Inglés (Técnico fluido), Castellano y Catalán.
