- Role Purpose
As a Data Analyst – Aftermarket Sales, you will transform complex commercial and operational data into clear, actionable insights. You will be responsible for building dashboards, reports, and analyses that support both operational and strategic decision-making across our aftermarket business.

- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst, preferably in industries with complex assets (e.g., maritime, manufacturing, logistics, or similar).
- Strong skills in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Pythonor R).
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques from an analytical perspective.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into analytical questions and insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The Technical Expert - Data & AI is responsible for providing technical leadership, advanced expertise, and deep knowledge in data and artificial intelligence to design, build, optimize, and support data and AI platforms, pipelines, and architectures. - Identificará y priorizará casos de uso de IA, elaborando business cases, análisis de viabilidad y modelos de retorno de inversión.
- Coordinarás equipos multidisciplinares (estrategia, data science, legal, riesgo, tecnología, operaciones), garantizando entregables consistentes y de calidad.
- Contribuirás al desarrollo de frameworks, metodologías y activos propios en el ámbito de estrategia y gobierno de IA.
- Acompañarás al cliente en la creación de capacidades internas, fomentando una cultura de IA responsable, formación y gestión del cambio.
- Analizarás y harás seguimiento de tendencias tecnológicas y regulatorias, anticipando oportunidades y riesgos emergentes.
- Apoyarás la actividad comercial, participando en propuestas, workshops y sesiones con alta dirección.
Formación académica (obligatoria):
- Titulación universitaria STEM: Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Física, Estadística, Informática o similares.
- Valorable máster en Inteligencia Artificial, Ciencia de Datos o MBA complementario.
- 6–10 años de experiencia total, con al menos 3–5 años liderando proyectos de IA en consultoría estratégica o tecnológica.
- Experiencia demostrada en definición de estrategias de IA, modelos de gobierno y diseño de oficinas de IA (AI Office).
- Participación previa en proyectos de IA generativa, machine learning, automatización o agentes de IA, con impacto directo en negocio.
- Capacidad probada para asesorar a dirección general y C-level, gestionar equipos multidisciplinares y entornos de alta complejidad.
- Dominio del ecosistema de IA: modelos fundacionales, agentes autónomos, IA generativa, automatización inteligente y plataformas cloud.
- Conocimiento básico de principios y estándares de IA responsable (RGPD, RIA, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF).
- Conocimiento profundo de modelos de gobierno y marcos de gestión de riesgo de IA.
- Capacidad analítica y estratégica para traducir capacidades técnicas en impacto medible.
- Habilidades de comunicación en entornos directivos.
- Inglés avanzado (mínimo C1) y capacidad para trabajar con equipos y clientes internacionales.

These challenges often involve mathematical approaches such as model inversion, uncertainty estimation, and causal inference.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Non-Doctor Researcher located in Paterna. The selected candidate will work in developing and applying AI-driven solutions to analyze the Earth system. Tasks include data analysis, conducting research, testing algorithms, preparing reports, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to solve real-world problems related to visual processing, environmental systems, and human interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Statistical Learning, Machine Learning, and AI development
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Programming, and Algorithm Development
- Experience with Model Inversion, Uncertainty Estimation, and Causal Inference
