En TINÁMICA no hacemos “prototipos que se quedan en un cajón”: diseñamos y desplegamos soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial que ayudan a nuestros clientes a decidir mejor, anticipar lo que viene y optimizar su negocio.
Por eso buscamos un/a Data Scientist con una visión end to end, capaz de transformar un caso de uso en una solución de IA lista para producción.
🧠 Tu día a día:
- Entender y analizar los casos de uso junto al negocio para alinear la IA con sus objetivos.
- Diseñar, construir y poner en producción modelos de Machine Learning y forecasting de series temporales.
- Asegurar reproducibilidad, observabilidad y explicabilidad en todo el ciclo de vida del modelo.
- Implementar APIs y pipelines con buenas prácticas de desarrollo y MLOps.
🧩 Lo que necesitamos de ti:
- +3 años de experiencia en Data Science.
- Dominio de Python, Git y librerías de ML: scikit-learn, xgboost, statsmodels, prophet.
- Experiencia en pandas, SQL y desarrollo de APIs con FastAPI, Flask o Django.
- Visión completa de proyectos de IA: desde el análisis hasta la puesta en producción.
- Proactividad, curiosidad y ganas de seguir aprendiendo (sí, también en IA Generativa 😉).
💡 Bonus points:
- Experiencia con TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Conocimientos en Cloud (Azure, GCP o AWS).
- Bases de MLOps con Mlflow, Vertex AI, Azure ML o W&B.
- Frameworks de calidad de datos (Great Expectations).
- FairIA, XAI, Pyspark, PowerBI, o Polars.

Estamos buscando para Gradhoc, un/a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) quién liderará la estrategia y conseguirá, junto al equipo, un producto sólido que responda a las necesidades de los clientes y del negocio.

Gradhoc es un software que integra tecnologías de vanguardia como IoT, gemelo digital e inteligencia artificial. Gracias a ello, ayuda a las empresas a mejorar su eficiencia energética, garantizar la seguridad alimentaria e implementar mantenimiento predictivo.
¿Qué harás?
Serás quien marque el rumbo tecnológico de la compañía, garantizando que nuestras soluciones sigan siendo escalables, seguras y alineadas con la estrategia global del negocio. Trabajarás mano a mano con dirección, ingeniería y producto para que nuestras ideas se transformen en soluciones reales, sostenibles y de alto impacto.
Esto implica:
- Definir y ejecutar la estrategia tecnológica alineada con la visión y objetivos del negocio.
- Liderar el equipo de producto, estableciendo procesos de desarrollo, revisión de código y cultura de calidad.
- Evaluar, seleccionar y supervisar la arquitectura técnica y las decisiones de infraestructura (cloud, seguridad, escalabilidad).
- Colaborar estrechamente con producto y dirección para priorizar el roadmap tecnológico.
- Garantizar la seguridad y cumplimiento normativo (RGPD, buenas prácticas de ciberseguridad).
- Establecer métricas técnicas y de rendimiento (uptime, velocidad de desarrollo, deuda técnica).

- Desarrolladores, de orientación full stack, con distintas fortalezas técnicas en cada área (back/front)
- Desarrolladores, con formación en física/matemática/estadística y otros, dentro del área IA.
- Ingenieros técnicos, especialistas en nuestro negocio de refrigeración industrial, ingenieros de implantaciones y de desarrollo hardware.
- Equipo de desarrollo de negocios.
Lo que buscamos en ti:
- Experiencia demostrable en dirección técnica, arquitectura de software o liderazgo de equipos de desarrollo.
- Conocimiento profundo en las siguientes áreas:
- Backend: Node.js, Python, Java o Go
- Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript
- Bases de datos: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
- Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud o Azure
- CI/CD y DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions
- Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
- Capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas escalables.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
- Inglés técnico fluido.
- Experiencia en startups o scale-ups.
- Conocimientos en IA / Machine Learning / Data Analytics.
- Experiencia con microservicios y arquitectura serverless.
- Interés en contribuir al diseño de producto y UX.
- Es un trabajo presencial, ubicado en nuestra sede compartida con Cofrico, en el Polígono de Bergondo
