OVERVIEW

Tasks
Your work will span from country-level strategy, down to customer visits that will convert into sales, all the way to post-sales support. You’ll work with our current sales colleagues and grow with it as we expand. You will collaborate closely with experts across R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure our solutions are not only innovative but also on time and meet customers' expectations. 🎯 ¿Qué buscamos?
Seguimos creciendo y estamos buscando un/a científico/a de datos para incorporar en nuestro equipo. Buscamos un perfil técnico con sólida base en ciencia de datos y una capa opcional básica en el diseño y despliegue de sistemas de inteligencia artificial basados en agentes y arquitecturas RAG. La persona seleccionada formará parte del equipo de Data Science & AI, colaborando en proyectos que van desde el análisis exploratorio y modelado estadístico hasta la puesta en producción de pipelines de IA inteligentes y orientados a la toma de decisiones.
🧠 ¿Cuáles serán las funciones a realizar?
- Desarrollar y mantener modelos de ML/IA en producción, cubriendo el ciclo completo: exploración, entrenamiento, evaluación y monitorización.
- Diseñar pipelines de datos robustos y escalables: ETL, feature engineering y automatización de flujos.
- Analizar datos complejos y comunicar insights a stakeholders
Diseño y despliegue de agentes RAG:
- Diseñar y desplegar arquitecturas RAG: indexación semántica, recuperación de documentos y orquestación.
- Construir y evaluar agentes autónomos con LLMs utilizando frameworks como LangChain, LlamaIndex, …
- Integrar herramientas de IA generativa en proyectos reales: APIs de modelos, function calling, …
🛠️ Requisitos técnicos
🔹 Imprescindibles (core Data Science)
- Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy
- Scikit-learn, PyTorch o TensorFlow
- Estadística aplicada
- MLflow (seguimiento de experimentos)
- Docker y Git
🔹 Stack de IA generativa y agentes (opcional, nivel básico):
- LangChain o LlamaIndex (pipelines RAG)
- Bases de datos vectoriales: Pinecone, Weaviate o pgvector
- Prompt engineering y fine-tuning de LLMs
- Diseño de agentes multi-step
- Integración con APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
🔹 Infraestructura y despliegue (valorable):
- Entorno Azure para ciencia de datos (databricks, data factory, …)
- Kubernetes.
- FastAPI.
- Orquestación con Airflow o Prefect.
- Spark para procesamiento distribuido.
🎓 Experiencia y formación
- Experiencia: Al menos 2 años (perfil Junior) en roles de Data Scientist o AI Engineer, con exposición a proyectos de agentes basados en LLM
- Formación: Grado en disciplinas STEM u otras carreras científicas
- Se valorará máster o formación especializada en IA / Machine Learning
- Idiomas: Inglés B2 o superior.
