Who You Are

You are an expert Computational Scientists with strong engineering skillsets who will work with other scientists and engineers to develop and deploy cutting-edge computation, Machine Learning/Deep Learning, and data engineering approaches to revolutionize our computational drug discovery tools by contributing to accelerating and improving the process of design and engineering of novel drugs.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, improve and deploy on our internal platform artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) approaches (e.g. classification, clustering, deep learning, foundation models, diffusion models, flow matching etc) on pharma research data sets (e.g. activity, function, ADME properties, physico-chemical properties, etc.)
• Building models from internal and external data sources, algorithms, simulations, and performance evaluation by writing clean code and using state-of-the art machine learning technologies.
• Develop and deploy LLMs Agentic AI.
• Close interactions with other Computational scientists, data engineers, software engineers, UX designers, as well as research scientists in core scientific platforms focusing on protein therapeutics, in an international context.

About You

• Advanced degree (e.g. M.Sc., PhD) in a field related to AI/ML or Data Analytics such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Biophysics, Computational Biology or Engineering Sciences.
• Track record of developing, deploying and applying ML/Deep Learning (DL) approaches to solve molecule-related problems.
• Strong familiarity with advanced statistics, ML/DL techniques including various network architectures (CNNs, GANs, RNNs, Auto-Encoders, Transformers, LLM, PLM etc.), regularization, embeddings, loss-functions, optimization strategies, or reinforcement learning techniques.

Buscamos un perfil Senior Data Engineer especializado en Snowflake que quiera desarrollar su carrera profesional integrando grandes volúmenes de datos en soluciones de IA de vanguardia.

CONTEXTO & RESPONSABILIDADES

La persona seleccionada se incorporará al equipo Funcional con la misión crítica de conectar el "Core" de datos de la compañía con los nuevos agentes de IA. El Data Engineer deberá diseñar y construir pipelines robustos de extracción, transformación y carga (ELT) que alimenten los sistemas inteligentes, garantizando la calidad y disponibilidad del dato. Será imprescindible contar con un dominio experto de Snowflake y habilidades sólidas en Python, SQL y entorno AWS.

PROYECTO & EQUIPO

El proyecto requiere desbloquear el valor de los datos almacenados en el Data Lake corporativo para su consumo por modelos de IA Generativa. Esto implica la creación de conectores seguros, optimización de queries complejas y la estructuración de datos no estructurados.

Para el éxito del proyecto, necesitamos especialistas que entiendan cómo modelar el dato para ser consumido por un LLM. Este perfil trabajará en estrecha colaboración con los AI Engineers y el equipo de Backend, bajo la supervisión del Product Manager y siguiendo las directrices del Arquitecto.

EXPERIENCIA & CONOCIMIENTOS

El perfil a incorporar deberá contar con al menos 5 años de experiencia en Ingeniería de Datos, con una especialización profunda y demostrable en Snowflake en entornos productivos. Deberá tener un fuerte background en desarrollo de pipelines ETL/ELT escalables.

Se valorará experiencia previa integrando plataformas de datos con servicios de Machine Learning o IA.

Será necesario tener experiencia previa con tecnologías:
- Core Data: Snowflake (Experto), SQL Avanzado, Python (Pandas, PySpark)
- Orquestación: Airflow, AWS Glue, dbt
- Cloud: AWS (S3, Lambda, Kinesis)
- Ingeniería de Software: Git, CI/CD para datos, Testing de datos

About The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented linguist to support AI training initiatives and linguistic content creation.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong academic background in linguistics (syntax, semantics, pragmatics, morphology, phonology, sociolinguistics, etc.) and a passion for language, technology, and clear communication.

You will play a crucial role in shaping the capabilities of large language models (LLMs) and NLP-based systems through high-quality linguistic data curation, annotation, and evaluation.

Job Title: Linguistics Expert – AI Training & Content Writing

Key Responsibilities

Create or edit linguistically- rich content including grammar guides, syntactic analyses, usage explanations, or examples for NLP pipelines.

Identify and resolve issues related to ambiguity, bias, and grammaticality.

Perform quality assurance (QA) on model outputs for fluency, tone, factual accuracy, and language appropriateness.

Annotate linguistic datasets with syntactic, semantic, or pragmatic labels.

Support internal teams by conducting linguistic research and summarizing findings.

Apply linguistic knowledge to evaluate model behavior, error patterns, and generalization issues.

Qualifications

Deep understanding of linguistic theory and language structure.

Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: computational linguistics, corpus analysis, language data annotation, LLM training.

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
