Lo que harás:
- Gestionar y coordinar proyectos transversales utilizando metodologías ágiles, incluyendo planificación, priorización, seguimiento del progreso y comunicación (PMO).
- Brindar soporte operativo para el gobierno de la demanda, garantizando trazabilidad y transparencia a través de reuniones, actas, seguimiento e informes.
- Participar en la planificación de Program Increment (PI), alineando equipos de negocio, IT y proveedores para coordinar el trabajo y las dependencias.
- Colaborar con equipos técnicos de infraestructura, arquitectura, ciberseguridad, middleware y facturación para documentar y resolver dependencias, riesgos y bloqueadores.
- Impulsar la adopción de metodologías ágiles y promover buenas prácticas en toda la organización.
- Administrar JIRA, garantizando la calidad de los datos, manteniendo épicas, historias y tareas, y configurando workflows, permisos y campos.
- Mejorar continuamente las herramientas de trabajo proponiendo e implementando nuevos flujos, automatizaciones y campos personalizados para optimizar las operaciones.
- Documentar el trabajo de forma completa en Confluence, incluyendo proyectos, criterios de aceptación, actas y guías, promoviendo plantillas y buenas prácticas.
- Apoyar iniciativas de formación para mejorar la adopción interna de JIRA y prácticas ágiles.
- Formación en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería Informática o Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, idealmente combinada con conocimientos analíticos.
- 2–3 años de experiencia en entornos de consultoría de proyectos (p. ej., Everis, Minsait, Accenture), especialmente en PMOs.
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas y pasión por la gestión de proyectos y la coordinación de equipos.
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos (PMO), metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) y coordinación de equipos.
- Dominio de JIRA y Confluence, incluida la configuración funcional, workflows, permisos y automatizaciones básicas.
- Capacidad para estructurar documentación, estandarizar procesos y garantizar la calidad de los datos.
- Manejo de herramientas de productividad (Excel, Outlook, Teams) y, idealmente, certificaciones en Agile, JIRA o gestión de proyectos.
- Perfil proactivo y orientado al detalle, con enfoque en la mejora continua y la resolución de problemas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para alinear a audiencias de negocio y técnicas y liderar reuniones de manera efectiva.
- Orientación al trabajo en equipo, adaptabilidad y ganas de aprender nuevas herramientas y procesos.

Tareas y responsabilidades
- Liderar la contratación de electricidad y gas con clientes industriales de gran consumo en Levante (>10 GWh).

What you will do:
- Join an international team of experienced integration engineers specializing in MuleSoft iPaaS, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), and related technologies such as Anypoint MQ, SQL Server, Elastic, Entra ID, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Postman.
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with engineers and architects to deliver REST API-based and event-driven integration solutions, as well as SAP-specific integrations, setting benchmarks for reusability and stability.
- Design and implement integrations and APIs, leveraging your expertise in API development and event-driven architecture, and present your technical designs to the Integration Architecture Board (IAB).
- Participate in architecture workshops, code reviews, and design reviews to ensure clean architecture, high code quality, and ease of maintainability.
- Operate and monitor our MuleSoft CloudHub and SAP Integration Suite landscapes, deploy new releases using Azure DevOps and GitHub CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Adhere to and evolve our integration strategy, design principles, development guidelines, and review processes to ensure first-class quality.
What you bring & who you are:
- Bachelor´s or master´s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proven experience in MuleSoft or SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and an interest in working on both platforms to develop and operate integration solutions.
- Expertise in developing Mule 4 flows or SAP iFlows, implementing complex data transformations, and handling formats like OData, CSV, JSON, and XML.
- Strong knowledge of integrating systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Salesforce, FTP, and databases, with experience in version control and CI/CD using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Experience in implementing asynchronous messaging using message queues like Anypoint MQ, JMS queues, or Kafka.
- Good understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premises integration, and IT security, including certificate and secret management. Experience securing APIs using OAuth2 and TLS is a plus.
- Strong mentoring skills, self-initiative, and an analytical mindset.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or German is a plus.

Join Axpo’s IT Collaboration Team in Madrid and gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow in a dynamic and international environment.
What you will do:
- Support daily operations and resolve L1/L2 requests for Microsoft 365 services.
- Assist with Teams configuration, Exchange Online administration, and SharePoint site provisioning.
- Contribute to Intune enrollment, compliance policies, and device management.
- Help maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and execute security practices.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and maintain clear documentation.
- Participate in feature rollouts, migrations, and user adoption activities.
