Your mission

As IT administrator at FunPlus you will be responsible for delivering all IT solutions to our Barcelona, Switzerland and the rest of the western offices. You will also be responsible for coordinating the IT activities related to the digital elements rollout for the Barcelona and western office branches (i.e. Windows/Mac, printers and video Zoom conferencing systems).

Your Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support to on-site and remote employees by phone, messenger platforms and emails.
• Manage Windows/MacOS inventory, perform troubleshooting and reimaging
• Work closely with regional office managers Network and Database admins, App Developers and external vendors to resolve complex issues
• Test and implement software and physical/virtual machines
• Assist in network upgrades, post-testing after normal business hours to provide backup and on-call support.
• Ensure Internal customers and end-users satisfaction are your top priority
• Operate in a hybrid working environment with initial onsite support required

• Bachelor´s degree or equivalent in Computer Science
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools. E.x. Confluence and Jira
• Proven experience/knowledge in MS 365 and Google workspace

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to establish strong, trusted, and sustainable relationships with business and IT partners
• Independent with strong project management ability

• Build, maintain, and optimize robust data processing pipelines with consideration for data protection laws, cost, and scalability.
• Implement dashboards and ensure stakeholders are onboarded and empowered to use them effectively.
• Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable data availability.
• Contribute to BI team initiatives that enhance tooling, processes, prioritization, and data culture across IOI.
  
  

Who You Are

• Several years of experience working in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence, ideally within the financial or tech industry.
• Experience working with financial and commercial analytics, such as P&L reports, cash flow analysis, revenue monitoring, and multinational financial structures.
• Comfortable working with data warehouses, databases, ETL/ELT pipelines, and dashboarding tools.
• Experience automating data extraction from RESTful APIs. Knowledge of Python or .NET is helpful.
• Practical experience with SQL and data processing techniques.
• A degree in a relevant field such as data science, computer science, information systems, software engineering, statistics, applied mathematics, finance, or a related discipline.

• Experience with Microsoft data stack is a plus: Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Azure SQL, Fabric, Power BI, Blob Storage.
• Experience in Google Cloud, AWS, or equivalent ecosystems is also valued.
