• Administrar y supervisar las plataformas Microsoft 365 y Azure para garantizar su funcionamiento óptimo.
• Gestionar cuentas de usuarios, permisos y políticas de seguridad en el entorno de Microsoft 365 y Azure.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

• Colaborar en la ejecución de la estrategia de BI, siguiendo las directrices definidas por el equipo senior y alineada con los objetivos del negocio.
• Gestionar los proyectos BI en sus distintas fases (análisis de requerimientos, diseño, desarrollo, implantación y soporte), trabajando junto a perfiles más senior.

Perfil Buscado:

• Formación técnica Ingeniería.
• Imprescindible experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años desarrollo y evolutivos desde 0 mediante Java y experiencia como analista funcional.
• Planificación de trabajos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los tiempos de entrega, análisis de requerimientos, identificación de puntos clave y diseño de soluciones.
• Se responsabiliza de las áreas funcionales y procesos asignados, realizando el mantenimiento evolutivo de los sistemas a su cargo, analizando y detectando nuevas necesidades, así como definiendo nuevos procesos en caso necesario, tomando las decisiones oportunas en cada caso.
• Conocimientos y experiencia en entornos cloud (AWS)
• Tecnologías backend basadas en Java, con experiencia en arquitectura de Microservicios, Java, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Conocimientos de sistemas operativos: Linux, Windows.

Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Madrid, Spain. This role offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in cloud computing and DevOps practices, contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure and automation processes.
- Assist in the deployment and management of cloud-based infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Support the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes
- Contribute to the containerization of applications using Docker and assist in Kubernetes cluster management
- Participate in monitoring and optimizing cloud resources for performance and cost-efficiency
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and application issues
- Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in cloud computing or DevOps (internships or personal projects are valuable)
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Knowledge of containerization technologies, particularly Docker
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
- Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and familiarity with tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Fundamental knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

• Soporte Técnico y Resolución de Incidencias
• Resolver incidencias complejas escaladas desde soporte técnico.
• Asistir en la resolución de problemas a otros equipos de TI.
• Analizar logs y monitorear el rendimiento de los sistemas para detectar fallos o cuellos de botella.
• Monitoreo, Rendimiento y Backup
• Utilizar herramientas como Zabbix, Nagios o Prometheus para monitorear sistemas.
• Optimizar recursos y mejorar el rendimiento de servidores y servicios.
• Diseñar e implementar políticas de respaldo y recuperación ante desastres, realizando pruebas periódicas para garantizar la integridad de los datos.
• Documentación y Colaboración
• Registrar configuraciones, procedimientos, incidencias y cambios en documentación técnica.
• Crear manuales y guías operativas para equipos y usuarios.
• Colaborar con otros departamentos en proyectos de implementación, migración y mejora de sistemas.
