📌 About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Platform Engineer to join our Platform Enablement Team. In this role, you will work closely with development teams to guide them in adopting unified DevOps practices, standardized tooling, and secure, scalable cloud solutions. Your work will directly influence platform consistency, developer productivity, and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate continuously with development teams to understand their needs, provide guidance, and support the adoption of platform standards.
• Drive harmonization of DevOps practices, tooling, and workflows across all engineering teams.
• Build and maintain shared platform components, including Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and infrastructure automation.
• Support teams in deploying and operating services on AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, and related cloud-native technologies.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Develop automation and tooling using Python and Bash to optimize developer workflows.
• Promote security best practices and ensure platform solutions align with compliance and operational standards.
• Assist in the operation and optimization of Kafka and other shared services.
• DataDog monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native solutions.

✅ Deep understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.

✅ Experience with ArgoCD, Helm, and GitOps principles.

✅ Proficiency with GIT and branching strategies.

✅ Strong scripting and automation skills using Python and Bash.

✅ Experience with Kafka and distributed messaging systems.

We are looking for an ML Engineer to help create, productize and evolve generative AI solutions on Horizon, GreenPowerMonitor’s cloud platform that transforms renewable energy operational data into actionable insights for monitoring, optimization, and decision-making.

This is a hands-on, impact-driven role where you will build LLM-powered agents and embed them directly into a production system used by renewable energy professionals worldwide. You will work closely with product managers and software engineers to design, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI systems, starting with a user-oriented AI assistant embedded in Horizon.

Over the course of the year, your work will support the strategic goal of enriching Horizon with LLM models, starting with a predictive maintenance module and evolving the platform to become more autonomous and intelligent for users, turning operational data into actionable insights.

What You’ll Do

• Connect to diverse data sources within the Horizon platform, including operational data, structured metadata, and technical documentation, and design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for scalable AI systems.
• Extract, transform, and structure data for optimal use with LLMs, manage embeddings, indexing, and context retrieval, and ensure AI models are grounded in accurate, real-world information.
• Design, deploy, fine-tune, and continuously improve production-grade LLM and multimodal agents, optimizing prompts, mitigating hallucinations, and evaluating performance to deliver reliable, context-aware outputs.
• Build and maintain client-facing AI assistants and chatbots, explaining system behavior, capabilities, and limitations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and integrating AI features seamlessly into Horizon workflows.
• Stay up to date with advances in generative AI, agent-based systems, and instruction-tuned models, experimenting with frameworks like LangChain and collaborating on experiments using large instruction-tuned models.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Como Tech Lead Java, participarás en el diseño y desarrollo de soluciones backend, liderando técnicamente al equipo y trabajando en un entorno ágil e internacional. Colaborarás con equipos multidisciplinares, tomarás decisiones técnicas y contribuirás a la mejora continua de la arquitectura, los patrones de diseño y los procesos de desarrollo.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia trabajando en proyectos de gran escala y desarrollo con Java 8+.
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia con SpringBoot.
• Idealmente experiencia en arquitectura de Microservicios.
• Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos con metodologías ágiles.
• Participación y control en todas las fases del desarrollo de software.
• Git & CI/CD (Jenkins, Travis, GitLab, TeamCity, etc.).
• Buenas habilidades comunicativas.

Buscamos un/a Full Stack Software Engineer FREELANCE con sólida experiencia en desarrollo backend con Java y desarrollo frontend con Angular, que quiera participar en proyectos innovadores dentro de entornos ágiles y altamente tecnológicos.

Funciones principales

• Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar aplicaciones críticas para entornos de automatización industrial utilizando tecnologías Java.
• Desarrollar interfaces web modernas y responsivas con Angular, garantizando una integración fluida con los servicios backend.

Requisitos

• Grado o Máster en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o disciplinas afines.
• Experiencia sólida en desarrollo backend con Java (JDK 8), valorándose especialmente experiencia con JDK 17.
• Experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de arquitecturas de microservicios.
• Conocimientos en plataformas de mensajería y sistemas event-driven (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ o similares).
