In our screening process, we prioritize verifiable signals of excellence, regardless of seniority. Some people hold back because they feel they lack experience or have an “imperfect” CV. If you like the role and believe you could excel over time, don’t self-reject.

If you pass our screening, you’ll be asked to complete one or more tests. They are challenging, may involve unfamiliar problems, and can take several hours.

We set the bar high and won’t extend an offer until we’re confident we’ve found the right candidate. This is why a job may remain open for months or be reposted several times.

Buscamos incorporar un/a Analista de Datos / Data Scientist para reforzar nuestro equipo y apoyar la toma de decisiones basada en datos en distintas áreas del negocio.

La persona seleccionada participará en el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones analíticas, modelos predictivos y herramientas de visualización, así como en proyectos de automatización y uso de Inteligencia Artificial aplicada.

Trabajará con grandes volúmenes de datos provenientes de sistemas transaccionales, ERP, CRM, transformándolos en información útil para negocio.

Funciones principales

• Extracción, limpieza y transformación de datos (ETL / ELT)
• Diseño y optimización de consultas SQL
• Desarrollo de cuadros de mando y reporting ejecutivo
• Construcción de modelos predictivos y de machine learning
• Análisis exploratorio de datos (EDA)
• Automatización de procesos analíticos
• Integración de modelos de IA en procesos de negocio
• Identificación de patrones, tendencias y oportunidades
• Soporte analítico a departamentos (finanzas, compras, ventas, postventa, logística)
• Documentación técnica y funcional de desarrollos

Requisitos técnicos (imprescindibles)

• Experiencia trabajando con SQL.
• Manejo de Microsoft SQL Server (procedimientos almacenados, vistas, índices, triggers)
• Desarrollo de dashboards en Power BI
• Experiencia con QlikView / Qlik Sense
• Programación en Python
• Excel avanzado (Power Query, DAX)
• Uso de librerías de análisis de datos:

Duties And Responsibilities

• You will be a key member of the cloud platform team and work on existing and new platform services that provide the foundation for a range of applications, from secure IoT connections to modern, scalable web applications
• You work in a dynamic and agile team collaborating with other software developers as well as with software architects, system engineers, UX engineers, quality engineers and product owners
• You use state-of-the-art technologies (such as microservices and cloud-based solutions) to develop new products

• You are a passionate programmer with several years of industry experience
• You have a strong background in cloud-based application design and development using cloud providers, particularly Microsoft Azure
• You possess a deep understanding of cloud-native architecture principles, patterns, and best practices
• You are proficient in at least two general programming/backend languages (such as C#, Java, Go, Rust, Python, or similar)
• You have a working knowledge of database technologies, including relational and NoSQL databases
• You have experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as common infrastructure-as-code tools, enabling you to efficiently deploy, manage, and automate cloud-based applications and infrastructure
• You are hands-on experienced with Agile development processes (such as SCRUM)

What you will do:

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server (2016/2019) and Exchange Online environments for stability and high availability.
• Manage hybrid Exchange deployments, including mail flow, connectors, and coexistence configurations.
• Troubleshoot complex messaging issues across Outlook, OWA, and EWS in enterprise environments.
• Lead large-scale migrations, including cross-tenant, cutover, and public folder migrations.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration with Active Directory, DNS, firewalls, and M365 services.
