The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, an organization within CE&S, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovation solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational excellence and nurture long term loyalty.
We are looking for a Global Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in Copilot, who is passionate about driving our customers’ AI transformation on the Microsoft platform. This role will be part of the Customer Success AI Business Solutions team and is designed to strategically engage in the execution of consumption within key accounts. This role will coach and collaborate with field roles and partners, executing programmatic actions that drive the consumption and AI transformation. This role will document and share best practices, ensure progress towards value realization goals, provide feedback to the Product Group, and facilitate knowledge transfer to field Customer Success Unit (CSU) teams. Additionally, the role involves partnering with field teams to identify key barriers to scaled success and driving resolution with engineering, product marketing, and sales teams.

Responsibilities
- Architect and develop advanced cloud and AI solutions using Microsoft technologies, providing hands-on coding and technical leadership.
- Engage with customers and partners as a trusted technical advisor, driving adoption, solution excellence, and customer satisfaction through expertise in AI, Graph API, and Copilot for M365.
- Experiment, test, and validate early-stage solutions to capture breakthrough use cases and establish ROI methodologies.
- Document and share technical best practices and lessons learned with global teams, enabling knowledge transfer and scaled success.
- Coach and enable field roles and partners on advanced technical topics, fostering technical growth and solution activation.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers by collaborating across engineering, product, and sales teams, ensuring projects reach go-live and deliver maximum customer value.
- Accelerate value realization by engaging decision makers to promote adoption and usage of Copilot for M365 and other emerging Microsoft solutions, building customer-specific roadmaps for growth and renewal.
- Lead architecture sessions and share best practices to grow usage and business results, addressing stakeholder questions and activating solutions within customer environments.
- Continuously learn and contribute to technical communities, sharing expertise, contributing to intellectual property, and learning from others to accelerate customer transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, or software architecture.
- Technical certification in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or security certifications).
- Hands-on experience with AI solutions, including M365 Copilot and Agents, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, including building agents, plugins, and connectors using Visual Studio, Teams Toolkit, and Copilot Studio.
- Advanced proficiency in professional coding languages (e.g., C#, TypeScript, Python, JavaScript) for building, customizing, and extending Copilot and Agents solutions.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Teams, and Copilot architecture, including REST APIs, OAuth, Adaptive Cards, and integration patterns for enterprise scenarios.
- Ability to design and implement declarative agents that automate business processes, optimize collaboration, and deliver tailored AI-powered experiences for users.
- Experience with Copilot Studio and Power Platform for creating custom agents, managing topics, trigger phrases, and generative AI instructions.
- Experience with Copilot Studio and Azure AI-based solutions, with a strong background in deploying, securing, and scaling AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to extend Copilot with pro code tools (Visual Studio Code, Teams Toolkit) and declarative agents, leveraging advanced coding and solution architecture skills.
- Mandatory proficiency in English (read/write)
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.

The Cybersecurity Junior Consultant is a customer-facing role providing cybersecurity technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsible for delivering technical contributions and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of cybersecurity solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs and drive secure outcomes for our clients.

- Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for AI-related use cases and contribute to documentation and collateral creation.
- Work under supervision of the technical lead and collaborate with customer-nominated representatives to accomplish tasks.
- Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create effective solutions for customers.

¿QUÉ HACEMOS EN EL EQUIPO?
En la unidad de SIEM TO de Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech nos encargamos de la detección, análisis y respuesta a todas las posibles situaciones de riesgo mediante la ejecución de acciones para mitigar o contener un incidente de ciberseguridad.
¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA?
Tu misión consistirá en la monitorización de eventos de seguridad y detección de incidentes de seguridad
Tu día a día:
Detección de incidentes:
- Revisar y analizar las alertas generadas por sistemas de seguridad, como intrusiones de red, comportamientos sospechosos de usuarios, malware, entre otros, para determinar su relevancia y gravedad.
- Responder a incidentes de seguridad de baja complejidad, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos, y escalando aquellos incidentes que requieran intervención adicional.
- Realizar investigaciones iniciales sobre eventos de seguridad, identificando la causa raíz y el alcance de un incidente, así como recopilando evidencia forense para su análisis posterior.
- Registro de actividad propia del desarrollo del servicio mediante la herramienta de ticketing.
- Colaborar con equipos de IT y desarrollo para implementar soluciones de seguridad desde el diseño hasta la ejecución.
- Mantener documentación actualizada sobre procesos de seguridad, incidentes y lecciones aprendidas para mejorar las respuestas a futuros incidentes.
Algunos ejemplos de acciones a llevar a cabo podrán ser
- Comunicaciones: solicitud de bloqueo de direcciones IP maliciosas en WAF.
- Endpoint: solicitud de escaneo con el antivirus y contención de equipos con agente EDR
- Mail: solicitud de incluir direcciones a la whitelist/blacklist, redirección de mails a la cuarentena y borrado de mails.
- Accesos: solicitud de bloqueo de usuarios, reseteo de credenciales y token de sesión en dispositivos.
Experiencia
- Experiencia en un rol similar o en un entorno de soporte técnico.
- Formación en IT
- Conocimientos de ciberseguridad
- Formación profesional de grado superior en administración de sistemas informáticos y redes.
- Técnico Superior en Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Multiplataforma
- Formación en IT o experiencia en algún ámbito de IT
- Ingeniería técnica o superior en Informática
- Máster en ciberseguridad
- Conocimiento de scripting o automatización (por ejemplo, Python, PowerShell).
- Conocimiento de conceptos y práctica de ciberseguridad.
- Manejo en herramientas de Ticketing
- Operación de SIEMS y EDRs
- Buena organización de tareas, trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad para evaluar situaciones rápidamente y tomar decisiones informadas.

Earth Rover is looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join the R&D team with a strong background in Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing AI models on CLAWS, our autonomous agricultural robot. Your work will involve leveraging your expertise in AI, machine learning, data science and computer vision to enhance the robot's ability to accurately recognize and distinguish plants and weeds. You will contribute to the development of advanced algorithms that enable the robot to autonomously identify and sustainably eliminate weeds, playing a key role in empowering sustainable farming.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize deep learning models for object detection, classification, and image segmentation, to identify plants and/or weeds with a strong focus on performance, and robustness in production environments.
- Continuously evaluate models, analyze failures, and iterate quickly to improve performance using real-world data from our robot CLAWS.
- Create optimal datasets for model training from data pools using data selection, labeling strategies, and data augmentation techniques.
- Collaborate with robotics and software engineers to integrate models into real-time pipelines.
- Build scalable training and validation pipelines using modern ML ops tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in computer vision and propose improvements.
- Maintain clean, production-ready code and contribute to our internal AI libraries.
Essential experience, training or skills:
- Hands-on experience developing deep learning in computer vision. Experience on Python, C/C++, OpenCV, TensorFlow, Pytorch, Keras, Darknet.
- Solid knowledge of CNNs and transformer-based architectures (e.g. Yolo)
- Experience in edge inference on embedded computers using CUDA.
- Experience training models with custom datasets (data collection, labeling, augmentation, evaluation). Experience on dataset labelling software like CVAT or Roboflow.
- Familiarity with deployment tools like ONNX or TensorRT.
- Comfortable working with Linux, Bash, Git, and modern development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and organization skills and a strong ownership mentality.
Desirable, but not essential:
- Experience deploying models to edge devices (e.g. Jetson)
- Knowledge of ROS/ROS2 and integration of AI models into robotics stacks.
- Data science and BI.
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in software engineering, robotics, computer science, mathematics, physics or telecommunications.
- Master degree in artificial intelligence, robotics, data science or computer vision or professional experience in a similar position will be highly considered.
Other:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Basic understanding of Spanish is desirable but not essential.

The main duties and responsibilities include:
- Operating state-of-the-art RF laboratory equipment (DC to 67 GHz), such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
- Designing and developing test benches, equipment, and software for automated verification of product requirements.
- Conducting functional, performance, and EMC testing on satellite payload components (e.g., radiometers, transceivers, LNAs, receivers, downconverters, local oscillators, DC/DC converters).
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, logbooks, and reports
- Participating in internal meetings and customer reviews to define and assess test plans, procedures, and results.
- Supporting the investigation and resolution of non-conformance reports.
- Share knowledge within the test team and contribute to the continuous improvement of the test area.
Previous experience testing RF equipment at high frequencies.
