El equipo al que te unes:
En el área de Gobierno de Riesgo de Crédito somos los responsables de establecer la política, los criterios, la modelización y apetito de Riesgo de Crédito del Grupo Repsol para distintas contrapartes (financieras, comerciales, estratégicas, etc.)
La misión de la posición que publicamos es clave para desarrollar los contenidos mencionados y requiere de conocimiento de riesgo de crédito y metodología y tiene una componente aspiracional muy relevante para el Grupo Repsol dado que esta unidad establecerá la hoja de ruta de la compañía en lo referido a políticas de riesgo de crédito, criterios de evaluación de contrapartes y mitigantes aceptables, así como el posible recalibrado de los modelos estadísticos. Esta posición estará en contacto permanente con las áreas de gestión de riesgo de crédito de la compañía e interactuará de manera constante con equipos de metodología, financieros, negocio, contabilidad y de manera más esporádica con estrategia, seguros y agencias de rating.
La posición contribuirá significativamente al desarrollo profesional del candidato teniendo la posibilidad de adquirir y desarrollar nuevos conocimientos en materia de riesgo de crédito, de formar parte de un proyecto ambicioso y retador alineado con los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía. De igual modo permitirá al candidato/a adquirir competencias de negociación, visión estratégica del Grupo Repsol e integrase en un equipo humano altamente cualificado y en un entorno de trabajo atractivo.
Principales tareas:
- Definición de políticas de riesgo de crédito (apetito al riesgo, normativa interna, etc.) y su concreción en modelos.
- Seguimiento y adaptación de los modelos de riesgo de crédito (backtesting y recalibrado) con una visión regresiva y prospectiva (escenarios de estrés, pérdida esperada, loss given default, potencial future exposure., etc.). Análisis de la bondad de los modelos (para nuevos sectores/geografías
- Definición, seguimiento y análisis de KPIs relevantes de Riesgo de Crédito y Contraparte para los órganos de Dirección de la compañía
- Asesoramiento sobre operaciones y proyectos que conlleven riesgo de crédito y contraparte para el Grupo
- Propuesta de valoración de mitigantes de crédito y establecimiento de criterios de aceptación/prelación, criterios estándar en contratos marcos

Te unirás al equipo encargado de:
Operación de la Red
- Supervisión de la red (alarmas, telemedidas y topología).
- Realizar u ordenar las maniobras necesarias para establecer las consignas de explotación, cambios de configuración de red, etc.
- Estudio, planificación y aprobación o denegación de los descargos de las instalaciones de MT.
- Realizar u ordenar las maniobras necesarias para establecer la Instalación en Descargo, entrega de la Zona Protegida al Agente de Descargo y reposición de servicio de las instalaciones de MT.
- Entrega en Régimen Especial de Explotación de las instalaciones de MT.
- Realizar u ordenar las maniobras conducentes a: Localización de la avería / Aislamiento del elemento averiado / Reposición del servicio
- Activar y movilizar al personal de servicio o de retén.
- Actuaciones ante Cero General y Cero Parcial coordinado con el Centro de Control de AT y el Centro de Control de BT.
- Realizar el diseño detallado y ejecutar obras de MT y BT, gestionando los contratos relacionados, seguimiento contractual desempeño y obligaciones relativas (por ejemplo, aplicación de sanciones, etc.).
- Ejecutar planes de emergencia y manejo de fallos en coordinación con las Áreas de Operación y Mantenimiento.
- Ejecutar programas de mantenimiento e inspecciones en redes MT y BT.
- Ejecución de las actividades archivadas relacionadas con las solicitudes de los clientes.
En este puesto, tus responsabilidades serán:
- Realizar los trabajos de operación de la Red de MT según procedimientos establecidos.
- Mantener una actitud vigilante y percibir situaciones críticas de explotación, activando los recursos definidos en los planes de emergencia para dar cobertura a las necesidades operativas que se requieran.
- Actuar ante el conocimiento de accidentes o incidentes según los procedimientos establecidos.
- Seguimiento, estudio y aprobación de las solicitudes de descargo cursadas al Centro de Control de MT, verificando la correcta cumplimentación y viabilidad de su realización, preparándolos para su ejecución.

Position Summary:
The Renewable Energy Performance Analyst will deliver and assist in the delivery of high-impact services and digital solutions that create client value, financial and environmental impact reductions, and develop / track performance against client goals and strategies. Overall, the Analyst will serve the service delivery requirements of Schneider’s Renewable Energy Performance Services (REPS), ensuring clients receive Renewable Energy (RE) contract compliance verification, measurement and valuation of performance results, access to digital software tools, and continuing access to renewable energy market intelligence.
Position responsibilities:
- Learn and demonstrate increasing knowledge of energy and renewable energy management concepts, reporting, and procurement results across a broad spectrum of markets and available tactics and contract structures, with particular focus on utility-scale offsite renewable electricity power purchase agreements.
- Provide operations services fulfillment to RE Performance Service requirements, including software updating and implementation of enhancements, internal service coordination of multiple Sustainability Business service functions and colleagues, review and enhancement of delivery completion and client service quality
- Provide general support to REPS delivery function by organizing and updating data inputs, entering data into Schneider databases and software platforms (per client contract timeline obligations), creating advanced visualization and user functionality via Qlik AV and related business intelligence software.
- Develop the capability to innovate, enhance and create new performance applications within business intelligence software, fulfill software innovation projects and initiatives as directed.
- Provide direct and continuing support to Renewable Energy & Carbon Advisory (RECA) Sales team for creating service proposal pricing and performance scopes of work and demo software functionality directly to prospects. Interface directly with sales prospects to demonstrate and represent service content and value.
- Serve as software and service expert, train internal and external colleagues on software functionality and user interface, serve as customer representative regarding ongoing software functionality and desired customer upgrades
- Collaborate with external clients and internal colleagues in global markets for various projects and recurring tasks such as renewable energy research, analysis(es) as may be required to support organization and client services

Qualifications

Estamos buscando a un #excepcional Junior Data Scientist que sea capaz de entender los retos de nuestros clientes, hacerlos suyos y que nos ayude a establecer relaciones a largo plazo con ellos, garantizando el éxito y la ejecución de los proyectos.

What your day will look like
As a Talent Scientist you will:
- Drive talent analytics to provide our business with real-time insight, partnering with the business to help them move through their hiring processes efficiently.
- Conduct in-depth behavioural talent interviews providing considerable insights into motivations and behaviours.
- Build key relationships with global stakeholders to ensure we deliver against our hiring agenda, closely monitoring hiring activities, driving results and ensuring that there is consistency in our operational processes
- Drive data driven insights, making sure our decision making process is robust and supportive to inform our decisions.
- Consider our employer brand and how our interactions with a candidate impacts their experience
- Review and streamline hiring processes and tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Work with external third parties and platforms to ensure we maximise our return on investment.
- Bring a passion for diversity and inclusion, ensuring we remove unconscious bias from our hiring process and ensuring our sourcing strategy underpins this.
- An exceptional academic background including a Bachelors or Masters degree in a Psychology based subject

- Experience in statistical significance testing and experience in Bayesian inference and/or predictive analytics and ML.
