Objetivos y responsabilidades principales:
1. Arquitectura y liderazgo técnico
•    Definir y mantener la arquitectura de referencia de las soluciones de IA, datos, automatización y software conjunto requerimientos estables de hardware.

2. Dirección técnica de equipos internacionales

•    Gestionar dependencias, resolver bloqueos y asegurar la integración de los desarrollos.

3. IA generativa y conocimiento
•    Liderar aplicaciones LLM/SLM, agentes y sistemas multiagente.
•    Diseñar soluciones RAG y GraphRAG, recuperación híbrida, reranking y grafos de conocimiento.
•    Definir estrategias de selección de modelos, contexto, uso de herramientas y evaluación.
•    Asegurar trazabilidad, control de accesos y supervisión humana según el riesgo.
4. Modelos, datos y datasets
•    Supervisar la integración de fuentes estructuradas y no estructuradas.
•    Definir creación, anotación, validación, versionado y trazabilidad de datasets.
•    Dirigir entrenamiento, fine-tuning y adaptación de modelos mediante técnicas como LoRA/PEFT.
•    Garantizar evaluación reproducible, separación de datos y tratamiento adecuado de información confidencial.
5. Visión artificial y entregables de ingeniería
•    Liderar soluciones de OCR, clasificación, detección, segmentación y comprensión multimodal.
•    Supervisar la interpretación de planos, tablas, hojas de datos y documentación técnica.
•    Diseñar generación asistida de entregables e integración con plataformas de ingeniería y CAD/BIM.
•    Establecer controles de consistencia y revisión por las disciplinas responsables.
6. Automatización y aplicaciones
•    Liderar automatizaciones mediante RPA, APIs, reglas de negocio, modelos,  agentes y tecnologías aplicables.
•    Supervisar servicios Python/FastAPI, bases de datos y aplicaciones full-stack.
•    Integrar soluciones con sistemas corporativos y repositorios documentales.
•    Garantizar mantenibilidad, gestión de excepciones y recuperación ante fallos.
7. Producción, calidad y gobierno
•    Establecer prácticas de pruebas, CI/CD, MLOps y LLMOps.
•    Definir criterios de aceptación, monitorización, versionado y rollback.
•    Optimizar calidad, rendimiento, latencia y costes.
•    Coordinar controles de seguridad, permisos, auditoría y cumplimiento.
•    No otorgar conformidad técnica cuando existan incumplimientos críticos, escalándolos conforme al procedimiento establecido.
•    Gestion de producto adecuado a normativas aplicables EU,Int.
8. Actualización tecnológica e innovación aplicada
•    Mantenerse actualizado en todas las áreas técnicas del puesto.
•    Realizar vigilancia sistemática de publicaciones, investigación, proyectos open-source y novedades de proveedores.

Actualmente tenemos un puesto vacante para un/a Solution Architect con experiencia con Google Cloud Platform (GCP) y en proyectos de banca que quiera unirse a GFT. Es importante experiencia en la migración de aplicaciones monolíticas a arquitecturas de microservicios y sistemas distribuidos, incluyendo la contenerización (dockerización) de componentes y el análisis arquitectónico, teniendo en cuenta aspectos como la latencia, la alta disponibilidad, el rendimiento, la observabilidad, las redes, los protocolos, el cifrado, la autenticación, etc. Además buscamos una persona entusiasta y dinámica dispuesta a empezar y crecer en un entorno multicultural, motivador y desafiante.

 

 

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:
 

Aunque dependerán de tus conocimientos y experiencia aportada, en general las principales funciones que llevarías a cabo con nosotros serían:

 

• Liderar el diseño y evolución de arquitecturas sobre Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Definir y ejecutar estrategias de modernización tecnológica, incluyendo la migración de aplicaciones monolíticas hacia arquitecturas de microservicios y sistemas distribuidos.
• Diseñar soluciones considerando aspectos clave de arquitectura como disponibilidad, rendimiento, escalabilidad, latencia, observabilidad, seguridad, networking, protocolos, cifrado, autenticación y gestión de certificados.Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares arquitectónicos, buenas prácticas y principios de gobierno tecnológico.
• Elaborar análisis técnicos y evaluaciones de coste-beneficio para la toma de decisiones tecnológicas.Implementar y automatizar infraestructuras mediante herramientas de Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD (GitHub Actions) y scripting en Python.
• Colaborar con clientes y equipos técnicos en entornos altamente regulados y complejos, especialmente del sector bancario.Liderar y coordinar equipos distribuidos, planificando actividades, gestionando tareas en Jira y realizando seguimiento continuo de proyectos y stakeholders.      

 

Requisitos:

 

• Experiencia profesional de más de 7 años como Solution Architect o Cloud Architect.
• Experiencia demostrable en migración de aplicaciones monolíticas hacia arquitecturas basadas en microservicios y sistemas distribuidos.
• Conocimiento sólido en diseño arquitectónico con foco en alta disponibilidad, rendimiento, escalabilidad, observabilidad y seguridad.
• Capacidad para realizar análisis técnicos, evaluaciones de riesgos y estudios de viabilidad técnico-económica.
• Experiencia profesional y conocimiento avanzado de los principales servicios de GCP:
  • • Compute: Cloud Run, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
    • Bases de datos: Cloud SQL.
    • Storage: Cloud Storage.
    • Seguridad: IAM, Firewalls y servicios relacionados
• Experiencia profesional con Terraform, GitHubs Actions.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (Founding France Team Member).

We are looking for a versatile and highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team. Roles & Responsibilities

• Reverse-engineer the hardest antibot and fingerprinting systems on the web, across JS VMs, WASM, and polymorphic/obfuscated code
• Build the JS function tracing, deobfuscation pipelines, and fingerprint-inspection tooling that turn manual reverse-engineering investigations into fast, repeatable, largely automated workflows
• Use AI aggressively — LLMs, agents, and custom automation — to deobfuscate, classify, and diagnose detection surfaces, and to rapidly prototype and ship tooling that previously would have taken weeks
• Build and maintain website intel pipelines with checkpointed history, so that when an antibot ships an update we diff against a known-good baseline instead of rediscovering the problem from scratch
• Feed our AI reverse-engineering and ban-resolution systems the context, signals, and structured intelligence they need to autonomously resolve the majority of cases
• Codify one-off reverse-engineering wins into durable capability — tools, rules, and pipelines usable by other engineers and by AI agents alike

Requirements

• A hacker mindset — able to rapidly develop proof-of-concepts and working tools to get to a result, and comfortable with the inherent uncertainty and open-endedness of the work
• Demonstrated use of AI tooling (LLMs, coding agents, automation) to accelerate your own engineering, with a strong instinct for what to automate and when
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js and Python, with a broad programming background and exceptional problem-solving ability
• Strong research, debugging, fuzzing, and reverse-engineering skills, including static, dynamic, and concolic analysis
• Hands-on experience reversing JavaScript VMs, WASM, and heavily obfuscated or polymorphic code
• A deep understanding of operating systems and computer networking concepts
