You'll help design and build MarTech solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and the wider Salesforce platform, working collaboratively across the wider team. Buscamos un/a MLOps Engineer especializado/a en Python y Stratio para participar en proyectos de industrialización y operación de modelos de Machine Learning. Funciones principales

• Desarrollar soluciones en Python aplicadas a Machine Learning e ingeniería de datos.
• Desplegar, operar y mantener modelos de Machine Learning en entornos productivos.
• Configurar, administrar y optimizar los componentes principales de la plataforma Stratio.
• Diseñar y mantener pipelines de datos y procesos automatizados de CI/CD aplicados a Machine Learning.
• Gestionar entornos contenedorizados mediante Docker y Kubernetes.
• Implementar mecanismos de monitorización de modelos, detección de data drift y model drift, y procesos de reentrenamiento.
• Gestionar el versionado del código y el seguimiento de experimentos.
• Trabajar con servicios Cloud para el despliegue y operación de soluciones de Machine Learning.
• Supervisar el rendimiento de los modelos y aplicar mejoras para garantizar su calidad y estabilidad en producción.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:

• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Matemáticas u otras titulaciones STEM relacionadas.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo o despliegue de soluciones de Machine Learning, ingeniería de datos o puestos relacionados con MLOps.
• Experiencia en desarrollo con Python aplicado a Machine Learning o ingeniería de datos.
• Conocimientos de despliegue y operación de modelos de Machine Learning en producción.
• Experiencia con Docker y Kubernetes.
• Conocimientos de pipelines de datos y automatización de procesos CI/CD aplicados a Machine Learning.
• Experiencia con Git y herramientas de control de experimentos, como MLflow o equivalentes.
• Conocimientos de entornos Cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP) y servicios asociados a Machine Learning.
• Experiencia en monitorización y mantenimiento de modelos en producción.
• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en monitorización de modelos, procesos de reentrenamiento y gestión de drift.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia práctica con la plataforma Stratio, incluyendo configuración, administración y optimización de sus componentes principales.

• Experiencia con herramientas específicas de MLOps, como Kubeflow, Airflow, MLflow o Metaflow.
• Conocimientos de ingeniería de datos y procesamiento distribuido, especialmente Spark.

¿Qué harás?

Te integrarás en un equipo multidisciplinar (hardware, control, software y mecánica) que desarrolla equipos electrónicos para aplicaciones como sistemas de apuntamiento de antenas, acoplamientos y anclajes robóticos, sistemas de enfoque o escaneo de telescopios, entre otros.

En tu día a día participarás en:
