En MOBA ISE Mobile Automation, empresa especializada en soluciones de automatización industrial, buscamos un/a Data Analyst de nivel Mid, con experiencia en Inteligencia Artificial y Python, para incorporarse al equipo de desarrollo y ayudarnos a acelerar la gestión y resolución de incidencias en MAWIS U2 mediante el uso de análisis avanzado de datos y modelos de IA.

El rol tendrá un impacto directo en la mejora del producto, la eficiencia operativa y la calidad del servicio, trabajando de forma transversal con desarrollo, soporte y producto.

Responsabilidades

• Analizar datos de incidencias y uso de diferentes sensores de MAWIS U2 para detectar patrones, causas de problemas y mejoras.
• Desarrollar y mantener modelos de IA / Machine Learning orientados a:
• Detección de anomalías en sensónica
• Predecir desbordes en contenedores
• Reducción de tiempos de resolución de problemas
• Crear scripts y pipelines de datos en Python para automatizar procesos de análisis.
• Trabajar con bases de datos y consultas SQL para la explotación de información operativa.
• Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, soporte técnico y producto en la definición de mejoras.
• Definir y seguir KPIs relacionados con incidencias y rendimiento del sistema.
• Documentar procesos, modelos y resultados para asegurar su mantenimiento y escalabilidad

Requisitos

• Experiencia previa como Data Analyst (perfil mid).
• Dominio de programación en Python, siendo una competencia clave del puesto para el desarrollo de scripts, automatización de análisis y creación de modelos de IA.
• Experiencia práctica en Inteligencia Artificial / Machine Learning en entornos reales.
• Conocimientos básicos de SQL.
• Experiencia analizando datos operativos y detección de incidencias
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma en un entorno técnico.
• Nivel de inglés medio – alto (mínimo B2)
• Experiencia en entornos industriales, automatización o software técnico.

Competencias técnicas necesarias
Las siguientes competencias son importantes para desarrollar adecuadamente el puesto que estamos ofreciendo. Si no se tiene alguna, no es un problema porque vamos a formarte y acompañarte en todo lo necesario:

• Conocimientos técnicos: formación en ingeniería de la energía, eléctrica o similar, con conocimientos específicos en energía solar fotovoltaica.
• Competencia digital: dominio a nivel usuario del paquete Office, especialmente Excel (programación de macros, elaboración de estadísticas, gráficas, análisis y extracción de conclusiones de forma ágil e independiente).
• Capacidad analítica: habilidad para la lectura, análisis y síntesis de documentación técnica, legal y normativa.
  

• Experiencia previa: mantenimiento industrial en instalaciones generadoras, con experiencia en detección y resolución de incidencias en instalaciones fotovoltaicas de tamaño medio (20-200 kW).
• Programación: conocimientos básicos de Python y VBA para la automatización de procesos.
• Marco normativo sectorial: familiarización con el funcionamiento del mercado eléctrico español, el Régimen Retributivo Especial y dominio del Reglamento Electrotécnico de Baja Tensión (REBT) y otras normativas sectoriales.
• Habilidades de comunicación y gestión de clientes: capacidad para explicar soluciones de mantenimiento y gestionar la relación con clientes, tanto en la captación como en el seguimiento de servicios contratados.
• Mejora de procesos y digitalización: experiencia en diseño y optimización de procesos internos y trabajo en entornos digitales (ej. herramienta odoo).
• Gestión de equipos: experiencia en coordinación de equipos externos para la resolución de incidencias, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y estándares de calidad. Capacidad para liderar, comunicar objetivos y gestionar prioridades. Buenas cualidades relacionales y comunicativas.

- Architect & Innovate: Design, deploy, and evolve ELT/ETL pipelines from diverse sources (APIs, transactional DBs, file-based endpoints).

-Extraer y analizar datos de las bases de datos de la empresa para impulsar la optimización y la mejora del
desarrollo de productos de la Segunda Ola Digital.
-Evaluar la eficacia precisión de las nuevas fuentes de datos y aplicar técnicas de recopilación de datos.
-A partir de los datos disponibles y haciendo uso de algoritmos o de componentes de RAIP desarrollar
modelos personalizados para resolver las iniciativas de IA existentes.
-Utilice el modelado predictivo para aumentar y optimizar las experiencias de los Clientes, la generación de
ingresos, la segmentación de anuncios y otros resultados empresariales.
-Diseñar marcos de pruebas A/B y determinar siempre una métrica para evaluar los modelos.
