para dar apoyo directo a nuestro CEO, médico y responsable del grupo.
La persona seleccionada será clave para garantizar una gestión eficiente de su agenda, comunicaciones, reuniones y desplazamientos, actuando como enlace entre la dirección y los distintos departamentos, proveedores y socios estratégicos.

Responsabilidades Principales
Organización y priorización de la agenda del CEO (reuniones, entrevistas, citas y desplazamientos).
Coordinación de reuniones internas y externas, y seguimiento de acuerdos.
Gestión de viajes y logística nacional e internacional.
Comunicación con proveedores, clientes y socios estratégicos.
Apoyo en la coordinación de entrevistas o reuniones con candidatos.
Elaboración y mantenimiento de documentación, presentaciones e informes.
Apoyo en trámites personales relacionados con la actividad profesional del CEO.
Otras funciones relacionadas a colaborar con el CEO en sus tareas del día a día que puedan surgir.

Requisitos
Formación en Administración, Secretariado de Dirección, Comunicación o similar.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares.
Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
Inglés intermedio-alto.
Persona discreta, organizada, resolutiva y con alta capacidad de adaptación.

About The Centre For Water Technology And Policy
The Centre for Water Technology and Policy at The University of Hong Kong, established in 2018, conducts cutting-edge research on water technology-policy interface issues that would result in findings of direct practical relevance for Hong Kong’s urban water sector. About The Position
The Centre invites applications for the position of Project Officer to support the implementation of applied research and knowledge exchange projects, in particular a citywide water conservation project that targets high-consumption users in both the domestic and the non-domestic sectors. The appointee will assist with logistical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for participant registration and managing follow-up communications
- Coordinate fieldwork schedules with participating sites and other external parties
- Maintain project records, including participant agreements, inventories, and data logs
- Support outreach activities and project-related events
- Conduct desk research
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- A recognised Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including MS Word and MS Excel)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail; Good interpersonal and organisational skills; Outstanding analytical skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Experience in site coordination and liaison with different parties, and working in the tertiary education sector, would be a strong advantage
The appointment will commence as soon as possible, on a temporary term contract until the end of April 2026, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.

Applications are invited for appointment as Project Officer (at the rank of Research Assistant I/II) in the Faculty of Social Sciences (Ref: 533620), to commence in early 2026 on a temporary term for 20 months.
This position is funded by a cross-faculty initiative to enhance public engagement and outreach training across the university curricula. The appointee will play a key role in coordinating project communications, supporting educational development, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Skills in report writing, using digital tools, and workshop organisation.
- Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Candidates with experience in project coordination, data collection and/or outreach activities will be advantageous.
The appointee will be responsible for coordinating project meetings, surveys, focus groups, and data collection; developing and maintaining project documentation and shared resources; liaising with faculty teams and assisting with pilot course development; supporting dissemination activities, including the organisation of events and symposia, and the preparation of project publications; and performing other duties as assigned.
