Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and order status
• Resolve customer complaints and enhance their experience through effective solutions
• Document all customer interactions accurately for reference and quality assurance
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide relevant assistance
• Participate in training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge further
  
  

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well within a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
• Willingness to learn about our products and services to assist clients effectively
