Business Developer / B2B Sales – Costa del Sol / Spain / Europe

JobFinder Spain (part of the Right Direction Business Group) is expanding and we’re looking for a driven Sales / Business Development person to help us grow our client base and strengthen our market position.
What You’ll Do
- Research, identify, approach and qualify new clients across Spain, and internationally.
- Build strong relationships through phone, video, and face-to-face meetings.
- Present our brand value proposition and close new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with our recruitment and marketing teams to deliver outstanding client solutions.
- Contribute to marketing, lead generation, and brand development campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales and business development experience with previous B2B focus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly presentable and confident in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
- Professional, ambitious, and resilient with a genuine desire to grow your career.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus), ideally with some international work experience.
- Legally able to work in Spain, with a clean driving licence and own car.
