We're Hiring: Technical Support Specialist (English-Speaking) and one of the following languages: Italian, Polish, Spanish, Hungarian, or Czech
Location: Spain
Full-time | English fluency required C2
Are you passionate about IT support and thrive on solving technical challenges? We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist with strong experience or training in Microsoft and Cloud technologies to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier technical assistance and troubleshooting to end-users
- Support and maintain Microsoft environments including:
- Microsoft Office
- Outlook
- OneDrive
- Exchange
- SharePoint
- Lync Server
- Microsoft Windows
- Handle incidents involving data formats and file compatibility
- Communicate clearly with users to resolve issues efficiently
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies
- Proficiency in data formats (CSV, XML, JSON, etc.)
- Clear and professional communication in English (written and spoken)
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Full-time contract (39 hours per week), Monday-Friday
