Position Summary
- We are looking for a Junior Application Engineer to provide technical support and application engineering for our electric powertrain solutions, including Motor Controllers and Battery Management Systems (BMS). In this role, you will support customers worldwide, assist with product integration, and work closely with R&D and software teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.
- You will play a key role in troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing system performance, and supporting continuous product improvement.
- Provide first-line technical support for Motor Controllers and BMS products.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for product integration, system performance, and troubleshooting.
- Support the calibration, validation, and optimization of electric powertrain and energy storage systems in test benches and vehicles.
- Analyze system data and logs to diagnose technical issues and improve system performance.
- Collaborate with R&D and software teams to report field issues, share customer feedback, and recommend product improvements.
- Provide on-site commissioning and technical support when required.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for customers and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of electric motor controllers, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and electric vehicle technologies.
- Basic understanding of hardware and software architectures for electric drive systems.
- Experience with system integration, testing environments, or test benches is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
- English (C1 level) both written and spoken.
- Experience with ticketing or technical support systems is a plus.
