Responsibilities
Your day to day with us:
- MRP tool management for the correct material supply to the line.
- Monthly Plant Closures, analyzing actual and theoretical stock levels and the origin of possible discrepancies.
- Management of administrative tasks specific to the position (suppliers, co-packers...).
- Coordination with internal HQ departments (Accounts Payable, and others), with a special focus on fluid and timely communication that guarantees agreements made with suppliers.
- Support in the supervision of the shift team.
- Management of documentation for Corporate and External Audits relevant to the function. Support in Inventory Control (Rotation, traceability).
What will you need to succeed?
- Education: High School Diploma, Higher Vocational Training.
- Spanish proficiency and English at an Intermediate level.
- Proficiency in office automation tools, high level.
- Extensive knowledge in Excel, Word, Oracle, Discoverer, PowerPoint and other administrative tools.
- Speed and agility in the execution of administrative tasks.
- Analytical and communication skills.
