Label the products in a way that it results easy and fast to locate them.
Know all the time if we have or not available stock, so this information could be uploaded to our online shops.Warehouse Maintenance: Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in compliance with regulations, ensuring a productive work environment.Logistics Coordination: (Inbounds) Oversee the receipt, classification, and registration of new inventory and returned items.

¡Entonces esta oferta puede interesarte!Estamos en búsqueda de un/a profesional organizado/a y resolutivo/a para integrarse en el departamento de atención al cliente y administración de una importante empresa situada en la provincia de Burgos. Si disfrutas trabajando en contacto directo con clientes y te motiva mantener el control documental y de procesos, ¡queremos conocerte!
Funciones principales:
Tramitación de pedidos de mercancía de clientes.
Análisis y seguimiento de la cartera de pedidos.
Gestión de abonos, roturas de stock y reclamaciones mediante CRM.
Seguimiento de facturas y control administrativo/a.
Gestión y organización de la documentación comercial y administrativo/a.
Atención al cliente: resolución administrativa de incidencias, envío de muestras, entre otras tareas.

Requisitos
Experiencia previa en funciones similares.
Conocimientos informáticos avanzados, especialmente en SAP.
Nivel de inglés medio-alto (mínimo B2).
Persona metódica, con orientación al detalle y habilidades comunicativas.
Valorable disponibilidad inmediata.
¿Qué ofrecemos?
Contrato a jornada completa, en horario partido de lunes a viernes.
