En este rol de atención directa al cliente, usted será un punto de contacto confiable, desde la reserva inicial hasta el seguimiento posterior al viaje, asegurando una experiencia fluida, personalizada y de alta calidad.
Este puesto es ideal para personas detallistas, orientadas al servicio y apasionadas por los viajes, la hospitalidad y la creación de experiencias excepcionales para los clientes.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Responder de manera oportuna y profesional a las consultas de los clientes por teléfono, correo electrónico y plataformas de mensajería
- Asistir con reservas de viajes de lujo y de placer, incluyendo cambios, cancelaciones y solicitudes especiales
- Proporcionar información precisa y oportuna sobre destinos, requisitos de viaje y políticas de la agencia
- Coordinar los detalles de las reservas y confirmar itinerarios para garantizar la precisión y satisfacción del cliente
- Dar seguimiento proactivo a los clientes antes y después del viaje para asegurar una experiencia positiva
- Atender inquietudes o problemas de los clientes con empatía, profesionalismo y enfoque en soluciones

As a Sales Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting he sales operations department with the supply chain management data flow, and contributing directly to our growth strategy across our markets.
The Role:
- Source, qualify, and enrich leads across UKI market to keep our CRM accurate and insightful.
- Maintain and optimize data in HubSpot, Salesloft, and Metabase, ensuring a clean and reliable sales pipeline.
- Support Sales Operations by improving CRM workflows and documenting key processes.
- Pre-qualify inbound leads and assist SDRs in focusing on high-potential opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
