Learn more at we're looking for:We're looking for a Lead DevOps Software Engineer to bridge full-stack software development with infrastructure-level systems engineering.You'll architect and maintain the software–hardware interface that underpins our distributed connectivity network, ranging from backend systems and APIs to network telemetry, monitoring, and automation pipelines that operate at the edge.Experience in telecommunications, networking, or IoT systems is a plus, but not required.

What matters most is your ability to think holistically, from low-level device data to high-level cloud orchestration.Responsibilities:

• End-to-end platform development: Design and build scalable web and backend systems that integrate with physical network devices, telemetry, and edge data streams.
• Infrastructure automation: Lead CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and container orchestration across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• System reliability & observability: Build tools for monitoring uptime, latency, and data integrity across distributed deployments.
• Edge-to-cloud pipelines: Design robust data pipelines and synchronization frameworks between hardware telemetry and application services.
• Cross-layer collaboration: Work closely with network and hardware engineers to ensure software interfaces seamlessly with routers, access points, and local gateways.
• Security & compliance: Ensure data protection and secure network operations across geographies and jurisdictions.
• Mentorship & technical leadership: Guide junior engineers, define DevOps best practices, and enforce reliability across the stack.Qualifications:
• Backend Development: Advanced in Node.js and/or Python; experience with event-driven architectures and API design.
• Frontend Development: Skilled in React (preferred), Vue, or Angular for building operational dashboards and monitoring tools.
• Cloud & DevOps: Strong command of AWS (Lambda, EC2, ECS), Vercel, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Networking & Systems: Familiarity with Linux networking, routing, and service orchestration at scale; experience in telecom, mesh, or IoT systems is a major plus.
• Database Design: Expert in both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis) for high-availability, real-time analytics.
• Monitoring & Logging: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar tools.

What We're Looking For

Descripción

El candidato seleccionado tendrá las siguientes responsablidades:

• Diseñar, entrenar y ajustar modelos LLM, incluyendo la optimización del rendimiento.
• Desarrollar, integrar y evaluar algoritmos de NLP, incorporando librerías y frameworks específicos en flujos de trabajo de procesamiento de texto.
• Definir y emplear métricas de evaluación y benchmarks para garantizar la calidad, robustez y eficiencia de los LLMs.
• Investigar y adoptar nuevas tecnologías, frameworks y paradigmas de computación en entornos dinámicos y de rápida evolución.
• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares (científicos de datos, ingenieros de software, analistas) y con stakeholders no técnicos, comunicando de forma clara y efectiva los resultados y el impacto de las soluciones.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Requisitos:

• Grado, Máster o Doctorado en Aprendizaje Automático, Inteligencia Artificial, Informática, Ciencia de Datos o campos relacionados.
• Más de 4 años de experiencia práctica con modelos de aprendizaje profundo y experiencia en la industria.
• Sólida formación y experiencia práctica con diferentes tecnologías de ML, especialmente procesamiento de lenguaje natural y grandes modelos de lenguaje (LLMs).
• Experiencia probada con alguna de las siguientes tecnologías, Yolo, Llama, Claude, Mistral, o Falcon es una gran ventaja.
• Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas, depuración, análisis de rendimiento, diseño de pruebas y documentación.
• Conocimiento profundo de los fundamentos de las arquitecturas de GPU.
• Excelentes habilidades de programación en Python y experiencia con bibliotecas relevantes (PyTorch, HuggingFace, etc.).
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, con la capacidad de trabajar en colaboración en un entorno de equipo de ritmo rápido y comunicar ideas complejas de manera efectiva.
• Publicaciones previas de investigación en aprendizaje profundo es una ventaja.
• Dominio del inglés.

Cualificaciones preferidas:

• Máster o Doctorado en Inteligencia Artificial, Ciencias de la Computación, Ciencias de Datos o campos relacionados Experiencia en investigación en el campo de LLM.
• Experiencia en series temporales de aprendizaje automático no supervisado.
• Experiencia en el entrenamiento y despliegue de modelos de aprendizaje profundo en la Nube.
