DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO:
En el Área de Producto, tu rol será fundamental. Serás el encargado de llevar a cabo el análisis funcional de los nuevos desarrollos, centrándote principalmente en las integraciones con sistemas externos. Algunas de tus tareas incluirán:
- Realizar análisis funcionales detallados de los nuevos desarrollos.
- Preparar la documentación necesaria para apoyar el desarrollo.
- Llevar a cabo pruebas técnicas y asegurarte de que todo funcione a la perfección.

REQUISITOS:
- Formación: Titulación universitaria en Informática o similar (valoramos perfiles de FP o Ciclo con experiencia relacionada).
- Dominio del idioma inglés, mínimo nivel B2 (también EXCLUYENTE).
- Conocimientos en tecnologías SOAP y API REST.
- Familiaridad con SQL Server.

SENIOR SPACE SATELLITE OPERATIONS ENGINEER Join our team and build the furure of space technology

We´re expanding our team at Alén Space, and are looking for a Junior Space Satellite Operations Engineer; with passion in what you do, talented and experienced; to lead our Mission Control Center team and help build the future of space technology.

What you will be doing?

• Ongoing monitoring and operations planning for in-orbit LEO satellites and payloads.
• Design and preparation of operations for various missions.
• Preparation of procedures and sequences for satellite platforms and payloads.
• Telemetry analysis to monitor the health of constellations, satellites, payloads, etc.
• Preparation and execution of LEOP (Launch and Early Orbit Phase) and commissioning campaigns.
• Preparation and execution of routine and contingency operations.
• Support for final on-ground testing of satellites.
• Collaboration with the software team to develop and test new tools.
• Evolution of satellite operation manuals and procedures.
• Collaboration with the systems engineering team for new mission design and platform evolution.
• Interaction with customers and other stakeholders such as launch providers and ground station networks.
  
  

What Do We Need In Our Team

The individual must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical degree.

• Knowledge of common spacecraft architecture and subsystems.
• Some experience in LEO small satellite operations, design, and/or AIV.
• Knowledge of STK (Systems Tool Kit).
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure (real-time/console operations).

About the Role

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our Propulsion & Engines Division. In this role, you will be a key interface between our manufacturing teams and strategic suppliers. Your mission will be to ensure the quality, cost, and delivery performance of supplied products, contributing directly to operational excellence across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that supplier manufacturing processes meet quality, delivery, and compliance standards.
• Monitor and report on the progress of critical supplier orders in Spain and Portugal.
• Conduct supplier audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain and oversee QHSE management systems at supplier sites (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Apply problem-solving tools (8D, root cause analysis) to prevent and resolve deviations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Product Centers and the Supplier Development Organization.
• Support the continuous improvement and standardization of supplier processes.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Quality or related fields).
• Solid understanding of QHSE systems and international quality standards.
• Hands-on experience with problem-solving methodologies (8D, RCA, etc.).
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for use in an international working environment.
• Availability to travel regularly across Spain and Portugal.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with suppliers in propulsion, engines, or automotive sectors.
• Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949 standards.
• Prior involvement in supplier quality management or development roles.
