Mission

As the Project Manager for PLD Space, your mission is to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the company’s projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of PLD Space’s projects from initiation to closure, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and other departments to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues and risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Facilitate effective team meetings, reviews, and decision-making processes to foster collaboration and drive results.
• Coordinate with external vendors, subcontractors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality management systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports, presentations, and documentation to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Generate documentation for formal program development reviews.
• Provide high-level and low-level feedback for MIURA 5 program development planning.

Necessary Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, aerospace, or related field, advanced degree preferred.
• Experience managing complex projects in the aerospace, defense, or technology industries.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Competencies Desired

• Experience in the space launch or satellite industry, with knowledge of spacecraft design, propulsion systems, or launch operations.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and certification processes for aerospace products and systems.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or relevant professional associations (e.g., AIAA, PMI).
• Familiarity with space launch systems.
• Experience with international collaboration projects and working in multicultural environments.
• Fluency in French language.

¿Qué podrás hacer?

• Mantener el sistema de gestión de seguridad de la información de la ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 22301 y ENS categoría Alta.
• Elaborar, actualizar, controlar, codificar, distribuir y comunicar cambios de la documentación pertinente según el SGI; principalmente los aspectos que afectan a la seguridad de la información y continuidad.
• Coordinar a los equipos internos y externos para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas y estándares de seguridad y continuidad.
• Definir y mantener el modelo de clasificación y la gestión de activos de la información de la organización.
• Realizar y mantener actualizado el análisis de riesgos de seguridad de la información.
• Elaborar y mantener la Declaración de Aplicabilidad.
• Definir y ejecutar el plan de tratamiento de los riesgos de seguridad de la información.
• Proponer e implantar los controles definidos para la mitigación del riesgo.
• Proponer mejoras del sistema de Seguridad de la Información y de continuidad.
• Planificar y controlar la implementación de las acciones de mejora y su efectividad.
• Elaborar los Planes de Formación y Concienciación del personal en seguridad de la información y de continuidad.
• Revisar y actualizar políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la información y de continuidad.
• Elaborar informes de auditoría detallados evidenciando hallazgos destinados a dirección.
• Realizar consultoría, implantación e integración de los sistemas de gestión de la información ISO 27001, 27017, 27018, 22301 y ENS categoría Alta en nuevas ubicaciones
  
  

• Título universitario en Informática, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Seguridad de la Información o campos relacionados.
• Formación en ISO 27001 (por ejemplo, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) y conocimiento del ENS.
• Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en auditoría del sistema de gestión de seguridad de la información, preferiblemente en el sector de telecomunicaciones.
• Conocimiento sólido en análisis y gestión de riesgos, controles de seguridad y cumplimiento normativo.
• Habilidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
• Capacidad para analizar y resolver problemas de manera efectiva.
  
  

• Experiencia como consultor o auditor.
• Formación y/o conocimiento de la ISO 27001, 27017, 27018, 22301 y del ENS categoría Alta
• NIS-2
• Experiencia en la implementación de medidas de seguridad basadas en la ENS y la ISO 27001.
• Experiencia en realizar análisis de riegos
• Formaciones adicionales en seguridad de la información, como CISM, CISSP, CISA.
• Conocimiento de otras normativas y estándares de seguridad relevantes (por ejemplo, GDPR, NIST).
