This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART's standards.This leadership position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and a passion for retail management.

CONSULTOR/A DE TRANSFORMACIÓ DIGITAL

Aquesta Persona S'encarregarà De

• coordinació amb entitats col.laboradores (administració, agents de territori, ecosistemes empresarials, etc)
• execució de serveis d'assessorament en estratègia i transformació digital a empreses.
• realització de diagnòstics tecnològics i definició de roadmaps digitals.
• planificació i gestió d'activitats de divulgació
• seguiment i assegurament de la qualitat i compliment d'indicadors objectiu

• Titulació en Enginyeria, ADE, Economia o disciplines afins.
• Es valorarà formació especialitzada en gestió, estratègia, transformació digital o àmbits relacionats amb la innovació tecnològica.
  
  

• Experiència mínima de 3 anys en la gestió i execució de projectes digitals.
• Valorable tenir experiència prèvia en consultoria tecnològica, especialment en projectes d’estratègia, transformació digital i intel·ligència artificial aplicats a empreses.
• Es valorarà experiència en projectes d’implantació de software de gestió empresarial (ERP, CRM, etc.) o en analítica de dades.
• Coneixements o experiència en l’ús d’eines d’Intel·ligència Artificial i/o solucions d’automatització de processos.
