L'entreprise

• Prepare contracts, send them for signature and ensure their completion.
• Monitor deposits, payment deadlines and outstanding balances, ensuring all contracted services are fully paid before the client's arrival, in coordination with the Accounting team and subject to any exceptions approved by Management.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and centralise all requirements ahead of their arrival.

• Ensure a complete and accurate handover of each confirmed booking to the Operations team before the client's arrival.

• Organise and host site inspections, FAM trips and visits from travel agencies, partners, wedding planners and event organisers.
• Present and promote both properties, identifying and following up on potential business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, DMCs, wedding planners and other key partners.
• Participate in sales initiatives and ensure sales materials are kept up to date.
• Monitor commercial opportunities and actively contribute to the business development of both properties.

• Fluent English and Spanish are essential, both written and spoken.
• French is a strong advantage.
