About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to support our growth initiatives.

This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, playing a key role in generating leads, prospecting, and collaborating with the sales team to close deals.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Lead Generation: Assist in generating high-quality leads via cold calling, social media outreach, and email follow-ups.

Prospecting: Identify decision-makers within target accounts and initiate contact to schedule demos.

Communication: Clearly communicate our value proposition and how our solutions meet client needs.

Database Management: Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date.

Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and our Co-Founder on client meetings and follow-ups.

Realizarás tareas de apoyo al departamento de Revenue Management de openROOM.

Entre tus principales funciones estarán: - Manejo de Channel Manager y extranets OTAs - Interlocución con Agencias - Acciones diarias de Yield: carga de contratos, aperturas y cierres, restricciones y cupos... - Análisis de Benchmarking - Control de Disparidades La jornada de trabajo será de Lunes a Viernes de 9h a 17h, combinando el trabajo presencial con el teletrabajo.

Licenciados en Turismo, ADE o Empresariales con muchas ganas de participar, de hacer cosas nuevas, de afrontar nuevos retos, de aprender y mejorar.

Para incorporarse a este puesto de trabajo serán necesarias nociones básicas de Excel y nivel medio-alto de inglés.

Un plan de formación de 2 años, en el que aprenderás y te desarrollarás profesionalmente con una retribución que irá creciendo contigo, a medida que vayas desarrollando tus conocimientos y adquiriendo más responsabilidades.

El salario es de 17.500€ brutos durante el primer año, y se va revisando.
