Fragen zu Arbeiten im Restaurant

Welchen Abschluss brauche ich, um bei euch arbeiten zu können?

Hauptschule, Realschule, Fachabitur, allgemeine Hochschulreife, Quereinsteiger:in mit oder ohne Abschluss? Jede:r kann bei uns starten.

Wie sieht mein 1. Arbeitstag aus?

Du wirst freundlich begrüßt. Du bekommst eine Tour durchs Restaurant. Dein Team stellt sich dir vor. Dann lernst du nach und nach alle Stationen kennen – von der Küche bis zur Kasse. Aber das Wichtigste: Jemand wird dich deine gesamte Anfangszeit begleiten und dir jederzeit zur Seite stehen.

Wie sind meine Arbeitszeiten?

Du kannst entscheiden, ob du Vollzeit (169 Std./Monat), Teilzeit (20-30 Std./Woche) oder auf 520-Euro-Basis (ca. 10 Std./Woche) arbeiten möchtest.

Im Restaurant arbeiten wir außerdem in einem Schichtsystem. Das heißt, dass deine Arbeitszeiten sehr unterschiedlich sein können. Praktisch ist das z. B., wenn du Klausuren schreibst und Zeit zum Lernen brauchst. In der Regel nimmt dein Restaurant-Manager oder deine Restaurant-Managerin darauf Rücksicht. Für unsere Azubis unter 18 gilt dabei natürlich das Jugendarbeitsschutzgesetz.
