¿Qué buscamos?

Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a de Proyectos Senior para trabajar en uno de nuestros clientes del sector farmacéutico, cuyos sites están ubicados en León. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

• Elaboración de listas de equipos y realización de inspecciones de los mismos.
• Delineación de planos técnicos conforme a especificaciones de diseño.
• Diseño y desarrollo de equipos o proyectos según los requisitos del cliente.
• Redacción de especificaciones de requisitos de usuario (URS).
• Selección y evaluación de proveedores adecuados para el suministro de equipos y materiales.
• Supervisión y gestión de obras, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos y calidad.
• Coordinación y ejecución de puestas en marcha de equipos e instalaciones.
• Realización de cálculos de procesos y revisión de los mismos para asegurar su conformidad con las normativas y requisitos técnicos.

Requisitos mínimos

Requisitos Del Candidato/a

• Formación: Grado en Ingeniería Eléctrico. Se valorará también Ingeniería Química, Mecánico o Industrial, si existe base solida que permita aportar valor en proyectos de electricidad.
• Experiencia de al menos 4 años de experiencia como ingeniero/a de procesos y/o proyectos, idealmente en sectores como el farmacéutico.
• Persona metódica, con capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas de forma eficiente.
• Saber transmitir ideas y coordinarte con diferentes equipos y clientes.
• Se valora positivamente tener carnet de conducir para desplazarte cuando sea necesario a instalaciones del cliente.

Si eres seleccionad@, tu misión será implementar y promover las políticas de RRHH de Alcampo, apoyando a la Dirección de las tiendas en la toma de decisiones estratégicas y brindando soluciones, de forma ágil, en materia de RR.HH, situando siempre a las personas en el centro.

Principales Funciones:

●Asegurar la implantación y el seguimiento local de las iniciativas, proyectos y procesos definidos por Recursos Humanos.

●Analizar y planificar las necesidades de los equipos en las tiendas, garantizar las estructuras óptimas para ofrecer el mejor servicio al cliente, promoviendo la polivalencia y empleabilidad de los trabajadores.

●Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa jurídico/laboral, Convenio colectivo y normativas internas, generando el mejor clima social y laboral.

●Aplicar todos los procesos y documentación necesaria en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, garantizar junto al equipo de Prevención, las condiciones de seguridad en el trabajo favoreciendo una cultura de prevención en el entorno laboral

●Representar a la empresa ante la Administración pública y otros Organismos oficiales.

●Asesorar a los Managers de su perímetro geográfico en materia laboral.

●Garantizar la regularidad y fiabilidad de todos los procesos de Administración de personal.

●Seguir la correcta incorporación, onboarding y salidas de los trabajadores de su ámbito territorial.

●Hacer el seguimiento de los KPI’s de RR.HH definidos y proponer cualquier otro indicador necesario para obtener información fidedigna que ayude a la mejor toma de decisiones.

●Comunicar datos de evolución de las políticas de reparto apoyando a los embajadores internos del reparto en el desarrollo de sus funciones.

PERFIL REQUERIDO
