El departamento de Subdirección general de captación

Desde la subdirección general de captación, estamos buscando al mejor talento para incorporarse en nuestros equipos de negocio. En esta departamento trabajan 3 equipos con más de 20 profesionales liderando proyectos que impulsen la estrategia comercial de la empresa y la toma de decisiones a través del análisis de datos.

Reportando directamente al Head of del área de Business Intelligence dentro tu misión como Analista de Datos BI será el ayudar al cliente interno a la mejora de toma de decisiones  ayudando a identificar el problema de negocio y desarrollando la solución más adecuada, a través de la analitica del dato.

Responsabilidades en tu día a día

• Automatización de Informes mediante la creación de Dashboards.

• Estudios ad-hoc sobre el DWH Coorporativo para la ayuda de seguimientos de proyectos:

• Análisis & Creación de KPIs de Negocio.

• Prospección y análisis de nuevas variables.

• Creación de Dashboards de seguimiento.

• Entendimiento de procesos de Negocio, para una posterior creación de la lógica mediante procedimientos en SQL y así la obtención de los KPis de seguimiento.

• Automatismos de Procesos de BI vía procesos en Python.

Requisitos de la posición

• Titulación universitaria superior: Ingeniería Informática, Matemáticas, Estadística o similar. 

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años como consultor en proyectos de BI y Reporting, o en funciones similares que capaciten al candidato/a en el desarrollo de las funciones indicadas.

• Dominio leguaje SQL y experiencia con BBDD (Snowflake, Sybase, SQL Server,…).

• Experiencia con herramientas de Reporting sobre todo Power BI. Valorable Business Objects.

• Conocimientos de herramientas Open Source (Python, R,…) .

• Valorable Conocimientos de Hyperion.

• Clara Orientación al Cliente.

• Persona proactiva, analítica y con buena capacidad de comunicación.

Requisitos valorables:

• Creación de Modelos Estadisticos de Optimización o de Segmentación.

• Conocimiento en otras herramientas de reporting similares (Microstrategy, Qlik, Tableau,... ).

• Conocimientos en herramientas de ETL.

• Conocimientos de Gestión de Proyectos con IT.

Arlo Europe, part of Verisure, is seeking a talented, innovative, and passionate Data Analyst Intern to support the Data Analytics team.

Verisure is the leading provider of monitored security solutions in Europe. In 2019, we formed a strategic partnership with Arlo, a world leader in connected cameras. Verisure acquired all rights to Arlo’s European business, particularly the exclusive distribution rights for Arlo branded camera products for all sales channels in Europe, including e-commerce and retail.  Additionally, Verisure is entering into a supply agreement with Arlo whereby we get access to the full portfolio and past and future innovation stream of Arlo camera products to sell through the Verisure direct or partner channels across all our countries.

Today, Verisure does not focus on e-commerce and retail channels.Instead, we drive our core go to market channels: direct field sales, alliances and telesales.The acquisition of Arlo Europe now gives us a strong leadership position in these two emerging and important channels for our business. This transaction has strategic importance.Camera led subscription services building on surveillance versus professionally monitored security are now creating attractive incremental growth opportunities.

Arlo Europe is a newly acquired division that is the leader on the Smart Home Market in Europe. We provide peace of mind to our customers for them to have total control over the protection of the things and ones they love. Specific Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain reports and data visualizations (Power Bi mainly) to guide decision-making across the company.
• Respond promptly, accurately and efficiently to data requests and questions.
• Support the projects with master data updates as needed.
• Present your findings clearly to diverse audiences across the company.
• Proactively identify inconsistencies in the data through your visualizations and testing.
• Learn quickly through experimentation.

New hire will be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid).

Direct reporting line into the Business Controller and Data Analytics manager for Arlo Europe, working in an international organization, very close to the rest of the Data Analytics and Finance team.

Candidate profile

• Top, successful educational background (mathematics, statistics, business analytics, engineering). 
• Knowledge in Power BI.
• Desirable knowledge in programming (e.g., SQL, R or Snowflake). 
• Desirable knowledge in Excel and Power Point.  
• Fully proficient in English. 
• Strong analytical skills to drive insights through metrics presenting conclusions effectively.  
• Reliability - ability to produce work of very high quality on a timely manner, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines. 
• Agility - able to manage uncertainty and adapt to change with pragmatism. Knows how to get things done in ambiguous, executive settings.
