🚀 We’re Hiring: Office Assistant / Local Coordinator (Cádiz Area) 🚀
At LTH-Baas, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Office Assistant to support our operations in the Cádiz area. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can coordinate all aspects of office and on-site activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with local partners and agencies – ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Supporting the search for new suppliers/service providers – assist in identifying and onboarding reliable partners.
- Acting as a local coordination point between workers and management – facilitate workflow and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Assisting in resolving on-site operational issues – provide hands-on support to solve day-to-day challenges efficiently.
- Coordinating medical checks and safety courses – ensure compliance and timely completion.
- Managing general office operations – organization, scheduling, and administrative support.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Based in Cádiz or surrounding areas
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- Flexible, proactive, and fast-thinking attitude
- Smart, reliable, and ready to take ownership of tasks

- Availability: from April 2026
- Position: Full-time
