Responsibilities:
Estamos buscando una persona líder apasionada y visionaria que guíe al equipo docente de nuestro cliente hacia la innovación pedagógica y el éxito académico en la etapa de Educación Primaria Reglada.
Sus funciones serán:
- Dirigir y supervisar el equipo docente de Educación Primaria, promoviendo un ambiente de colaboración y excelencia.
- Desarrollar e implementar planes y programas educativos que fomenten el aprendizaje significativo y la formación integral siguiendo las normativas internas del colegio, la ley educativa vasca y la LOMLOE.
- Reportar al Director General y colaborar activamente con el equipo directivo del colegio, particularmente con la dirección de alemán en la integración de la enseñanza del idioma y la cultura.
- Evaluar continuamente el desempeño académico y pedagógico del personal docente, proporcionando retroalimentación constructiva y apoyo individualizado.
- Colaborar con otros líderes educativos para garantizar la coherencia y la alineación curricular en todos los niveles educativos.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en liderazgo educativo

- A Life Sciences or Computer Sciences qualification preferred, combined with a strong background in marketing in a retail / distribution environment
- A detailed understanding of marketing tech stacks, experienced in creatively using big data to drive an innovative approach and tactics. Be ready to share examples of how you have used Data Science and Big Data when implementing marketing activity
- Expertise in e-commerce in a B2B environment, preferably gained through a wealth of career experiences, will position you for success in this role
- Strong capability in building and driving innovation into organizations, along with the possession of high levels of business and financial savvy
- Previous management experience gained in an international and matrixed environment, along with well-developed coaching, mentoring and people development skills are required. Validated leadership capabilities, ability to influence, encourage and lead change are also critical skills for the role
