Then we want to hear from you!We are looking for a dedicated and self-driven service technician to service, repair, and maintain lifting equipment, as well as hydraulic and electrical systems.

You will join a dynamic team where quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.As a service technician at Danhydra, you will work extensively with electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as lifting equipment and the documentation of these tools.

You will independently perform troubleshooting, repairs, service, and documentation of hydraulic tools used in the wind industry.

The work takes place at our service workshop in Noblejas, Spain, with opportunities for travel and assignments abroad.Key responsibilities:- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining lifting equipment, hydraulic, and electrical systems.- Performing mandatory inspections and certification of lifting equipment.- Documenting all work in compliance with Danhydra standards and procedures.- Onboarding new tools and processes.- Providing customer support and advice on proper use of equipment.- Performing training and operational support at customer sites.Minimum Requirements:- Have a relevant technical education, such as mechanic, electrician, or similar.- Have experience with hydraulic and electrical systems (experience with lifting equipment is a plus).- Have a structured approach to your work and attention to detail.- Proficiency in English is a plus.- Service-minded, independent and structured with good communication skills.- Category B driver's license, forklift certificate.

Vestas Mediterranean (MED) es una unidad de negocio independiente dentro de Vestas Wind Systems, encargada de gestionar los mercados de la cuenca Mediterránea, Oriente Medio y África. Su misión abarca la comercialización, ejecución de proyectos, mantenimiento y servicio postventa de aerogeneradores, garantizando soluciones eficientes y sostenibles para la generación de energía eólica.

Dentro de MED, el Departamento de Service se encarga del óptimo funcionamiento de los parques eólicos, asegurando la máxima disponibilidad y rendimiento de las turbinas durante todo su ciclo de vida. Para fortalecer este equipo, buscamos un/a Supervisor/a de Parques Eólicos, quien será responsable de la gestión operativa y estratégica de las actividades de mantenimiento.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar y coordinar las actividades de mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo en los parques eólicos asignados, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad.
• Ser el principal punto de contacto con los clientes, asegurando una comunicación fluida y eficiente para mantener relaciones sólidas y satisfactorias.
• Supervisar y optimizar los recursos disponibles, incluyendo equipos técnicos y subcontratas, para garantizar la eficiencia operativa.
• Gestionar el presupuesto del parque eólico, asegurando un control financiero adecuado y optimización de costos.
• Implementar estrategias de mejora continua en la operación y mantenimiento, alineadas con los objetivos de la compañía.
• Coordinar la formación y desarrollo del personal técnico, asegurando que el equipo cuente con las habilidades necesarias para ejecutar sus funciones con excelencia.

Requisitos

• Ingeniería Técnica o Superior en ramas industriales, eléctricas o mecánicas.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en supervisión de equipos de trabajo en entornos de mantenimiento industrial, preferiblemente en energía renovable o sector eólico.
• Conocimientos en gestión de presupuestos y control de costes operativos.
• Nivel medio-alto de inglés (imprescindible comprensión de manuales técnicos).
• Capacidad de análisis, resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones en entornos dinámicos.
• Disponibilidad para viajes ocasionales según necesidades del negocio.
