Somos una empresa de ámbito nacional dedicada a la gestión de servicios de abastecimiento domiciliario de agua potable y explotación de sistemas de saneamiento de agua residual.

Nuestras actividades principales comprenden la ingeniería, ejecución de obras y la propia explotación, así como la gestión de infraestructuras para la captación, transporte, tratamiento y distribución de agua y la recogida, transporte y depuración de aguas residuales.

Descripción del puesto:

Reportando a la persona Responsable de Explotación las tareas propias del puesto de trabajo:

• Apoyo en la gestión y control de personal (partes de trabajo, organización, etc.).
• Control técnico de las instalaciones que componen los servicios de explotación de agua potable, saneamiento y depuración (depósitos, plantas de tratamiento, etc.).
• Control documental y administrativo de los servicios (facturas, comunicaciones externas, proveedores).
• Control de obras menores (presupuestos, comparativos, compras, supervisión)

As a Senior Solution Engineering Manager you will:

• Manage and lead a team of world class SE's
• Become intimately acquainted with customers’ business requirements, technical needs, systems, environment and service history within your region, enabling you to manage the presentation of your team's targeted business solutions
• Present roadmap, vision, proposed architectures and business outcomes to all levels – developers, architects, CTO, CIO
• Glue together Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and Support
• Liaise with the RSD on a regular basis and provide input on the forecast plan
• Transform customer feedback into actionable product roadmap items
• A share of evangelism activities (Cloudera Community Connection, blogs, meetups, industry events)
  
  
  

• You have experience building, leading and managing teams
• You are passionate about fostering team culture, creating an environment for team communication, collaboration and innovation
• You can identify upcoming talent and help develop them into rock star contributors to take their career to the next level
• You have Enterprise Software and Big Data experience (you know your Pig from your Hive and your Spark) and comfortable with native Cloud Service Provider architectures and are certified in one or more
• Data Lake to you is more than ‘dump your data here’, you understand the problems of Operations, Security and Data Governance within the enterprise
• You are on good terms with Infrastructure (Hardware, Storage, Network), Java/.NET/python, and SQL
• You have an interest in Data Science and understand the difference between Data Engineering and Data Science
• You’re passionate about what you’re doing and ignite people around you
• You know your way around OSS and can prove/show it
• Four year degree (Bachelor's) from accredited university required
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  
  
  

• You already know and love core Apache Hadoop (HDFS & YARN) and can talk to the benefits of how centralized architectures for both data management and data access have evolved to separate storage and compute, and the deployment factors from public, hybrid to private
• Solution Architecture/Engineering experience as a field of practice (able to listen to customer requirements, whiteboard and propose solution architecture, and get hands-on with the tech to design, build, and demonstrate real business value)
• Streaming experience (Nifi, Kafka, Storm, Spark, Solr, Flink etc.)
• NoSQL experience (HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.) Maybe you can even debate one option over another?
• EDW experience – the Teradatas, Netezzas, GreenPlum/HAWQ, Exadatas of the world
• Integration Products experience (Tibco, MuleSoft, IBM, Oracle, Spring Integration, etc.)
• Cloudera Certified - Admin and/or Develope
