At Eat Sleep Cycle, we create cycling holidays people remember for a lifetime — beautifully designed routes, outstanding guides, and those small, human touches that turn a great trip into an unforgettable one.

We’re looking for a Tour Operations Manager to help deliver our cycling tours to a consistently 5-star standard, support and develop our guide team, and make sure every tour runs smoothly and feels special.

The Role

Reporting to the Tours Director, you’ll play a key role in bringing our tours to life. You’ll combine operational excellence with a genuine passion for people, travel, and great experiences.

You will:

• Coordinate the delivery of cycling tours to achieve a 5-star guest experience
• Embed thoughtful “magical moments” into every itinerary
• Support, brief, and mentor our guide team
• Provide calm, practical support while tours are running
• Ensure tours are delivered on time and within budget
• Ensure we are fully prepared for each season (guides, bikes, vehicles, equipment)

You’ll also join key tours on the road, sharing best practice and supporting guides to do their best work.

You’re organised, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. You care deeply about quality and love seeing guests and teams have an amazing experience.

You bring:

• Experience in tour operations, travel, hospitality, or events
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills
• Great communication and a calm, supportive leadership style
• A passion for cycling, travel, or active holidays
• Willingness to travel during the season
