, busca reforzar el

área de ingeniería y mantenimiento aeroportuario

tras la reciente adjudicación del

servicio de seguimiento de proyectos y obras en el Aeropuerto de Málaga–Costa del Sol

Se encargará del

seguimiento técnico y documental

(Project Management) de los contratos de mantenimiento e infraestructuras del aeropuerto, garantizando la calidad de ejecución, la trazabilidad de los trabajos y el cumplimiento normativo y operativo establecido por Aena.

Funciones Principales

Seguimiento técnico y documental de expedientes y pedidos de mantenimiento.

Verificación en campo de actuaciones sobre infraestructuras e instalaciones (climatización, PCI, saneamiento, BT, abastecimiento, etc.).

Coordinación con los directores de expediente y supervisión de órdenes de trabajo relevantes.

Elaboración de

informes mensuales y finales de seguimiento técnico de las obras

Control de calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento de la normativa aeroportuaria.

Colaboración en la gestión de acreditaciones, trazabilidad documental y planes de seguridad operacional.

Requisitos

Titulación en

Ingeniería o Arquitectura Técnica/Superior

Experiencia mínima de

3 años en diseño, mantenimiento o ejecución de infraestructuras

en aeropuertos o grandes instalaciones.

Manejo de

AutoCAD, Presto y herramientas ofimáticas avanzadas

Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para trabajo presencial en el Aeropuerto de Málaga-Costa del Sol.

Salario base de ****** €/brutos anuales

(por cumplimiento de objetivos).

Horario Laboral

40 h semanales

, con viernes solo en horario de mañana.

Role Description This is a full-time role for a Creative Project Manager towards the Spanish & Benelux markets, based in Valencia.

The Creative Project Manager will oversee client projects from conception to completion on the Spanish and Benelux along with key projects on the U.S. market.

Experience in marketing agencies or the creative industry will be highly regarded.
