A més, desenvolupem projectes en àmbits com l'audiovisual (sèries, llargmetratges, adaptacions teatrals), producció d'esdeveniments singulars, serveis tècnics especialitzats (il·luminació, so, audiovisual, streaming, estructures i escenaris, etc) i màrqueting i comunicació cultural.Gestionem quatre teatres a Barcelona i un a Madrid, i comptem amb espais propis (oficines, naus logístiques i tècniques) des d'on coordinem els nostres projectes.
Ens definim per l'aposta per la qualitat, la innovació en els nostres projectes, i la satisfacció dels nostres públics i clients.Requisits i funcions principals Busquem un/a Gestor cultural amb un coneixement ampli del teixit cultural de Barcelona i Catalunya.Entre els requisits que busquem destaquem:
- Iniciativa i habilitats per impulsar activitats culturals internes amb un enfocament transversal
- Coneixements de gestió documental
- Sensibilitat amb l'acció social corporativa i els criteris ESG
- Habilitats d'oratòria i presentació en públic i/o entorns professionals
- Capacitat relacional tant internament com externament
- Coneixement del teixit teatral de Barcelona i arreu
- Capacitat en la gestió d'equips i coordinació de diferents àrees de l'empresaAlgunes de les seves responsabilitats seran:
- Dinamitzar i coordinar activitats culturals internes amb un perfil ampli
- Presentació d'activitats culturals i actes públics, conducció de visites guiades, impartició de xerrades, dinamització de públics, etc.
- Organitzar, conservar i digitalitzar l'arxiu històric i documental
- Fomentar les relacions corporatives internes i externes
- Gestionar i coordinar equips de treball
- Promoure, fomentar i coordinar les accions corporatives amb criteris ESGPerfil professional requerit Formació:
- Grau en gestió cultural, Grau en Humanitats, Grau en Documentació o informació i documentació, o similar.
- Es valorarà formació complementària: màster en gestió cultural, màster en arxivística i gestió de documents, formació específica en arts escèniques, producció o mediació culturalExperiència valorable:
- Experiència mínima entre tres i cinc anys en gestió cultural i/o documental, preferentment en institucions culturals o en el sector de les arts escèniques.
- Experiència en organització i catalogació d'arxius físics i digitals
- Experiència en projectes de difusió o mediació cultural
- Coneixement del funcionament d'organismes públics i privats del sector culturalCompetències:
- Excel·lents habilitats comunicatives i interpersonals
- Capacitat per desenvolupar i coordinar activitats culturals
- Organització i planificació (capacitat per estructurar arxius, classificar i gestionar arxius de forma eficient)
