• Iniciativa i habilitats per impulsar activitats culturals internes amb un enfocament transversal
• Coneixements de gestió documental
• Sensibilitat amb l'acció social corporativa i els criteris ESG
• Habilitats d'oratòria i presentació en públic i/o entorns professionals

• Coneixement del teixit teatral de Barcelona i arreu

• Grau en gestió cultural, Grau en Humanitats, Grau en Documentació o informació i documentació, o similar.
• Es valorarà formació complementària: màster en gestió cultural, màster en arxivística i gestió de documents, formació específica en arts escèniques, producció o mediació culturalExperiència valorable:
• Experiència mínima entre tres i cinc anys en gestió cultural i/o documental, preferentment en institucions culturals o en el sector de les arts escèniques.
• Experiència en organització i catalogació d'arxius físics i digitals
• Experiència en projectes de difusió o mediació cultural
• Coneixement del funcionament d'organismes públics i privats del sector culturalCompetències:
