¿Cuál será tu misión y las funciones principales?

Verificar la calidad del producto terminado en base a los estándares y especificaciones informadas.

Funciones principales:

• Verificar, por muestreo, la calidad del producto manipulado en nave y/o fincas.
• Llevar a cabo las inspecciones requeridas, pruebas o mediciones de indicadores de la calidad del producto conforme a los estándares y especificaciones informadas.
• Registrar los incidentes críticos detectados en la verificación de la calidad realizada sobre los productos.
• Informar a los encargados de producción, o personas designadas, de los problemas y defectos, así como ayudar en la identificación y corrección de los mismos.
• Realizar las comunicaciones diarias establecidas y cumplimentación de registros normalizados.
• Supervisar y Cumplimentar las BPA (APPCC ).
  
  

• Grado / FP o equivalente.
• Excel y ofimática general.
• Deseable conocimiento del instrumental analítico y técnicas de laboratorio.
• Deseable 1 año de experiencia en empresas de frutos rojos.
