How You’ll Make An Impact

• Technical Architecture: Design and guide technical solutions for enterprise service management systems
• System Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity between platforms like ServiceNow, Microsoft security tools, and AWS cloud services
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to develop and implement innovative solutions
• Stakeholder Alignment: Work with business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet operational needs

What You Bring

• Technical Expertise: Strong background in designing enterprise technical architectures and system integration
• Platform Experience: Several years of experience with enterprise platforms, ideally ServiceNow and configuration management systems
• Modern Technologies: Knowledge of cloud platforms, connected device solutions, network technologies, and cybersecurity principles
