Trabajarás en el desarrollo y mejora de un sistema conversacional inteligente.

¿Qué harás?

Formarás parte de un equipo que está construyendo una solución con impacto real: un sistema de asistencia legal basado en LLMs y agentes especializados.

Tu misión será mejorar la precisión y consistencia de las respuestas generadas, combinando técnicas de NLP, fine-tuning y recuperación semántica.

Algunas tareas clave: * Diseñar e implementar mejoras basadas en hipótesis claras y validación posterior.

• Analizar errores del sistema (hallazgos semánticos, interpretación del contexto, etc.)
  
  

• Colaborar con otros perfiles técnicos y de negocio para priorizar mejoras basadas en feedback real de usuarios.
• Trabajar con arquitectura modular de agentes, LLMs agnósticos y pipelines de evaluación.
  
  

• Google Cloud, especialmente Vertex AI * Git, CI/CD, buenas prácticas de ingeniería * Procesamiento de datos jurídicos y BOE (valorable) Buscamos a alguien que: * Tenga experiencia real en proyectos de Machine Learning o AI Generativa.
• Sea analítico, creativo y riguroso: nos importan tanto las ideas como cómo las validas.
• Se sienta cómodo en entornos en evolución y con cierta incertidumbre técnica.
• Sea autónomo pero disfrute colaborar con otros perfiles (Producto, Legal, Ingeniería).

What are you going to do?

As a backend software developer, you’ll be working on services that form the base of our Social Media marketing tool. You will join one of our dynamic, multidisciplinary Scrum teams consisting of skilled, motivated, and collaborative software engineers. And working alongside a Product Manager and the rest of your team, you will be responsible for creating the backlog, planning, and delivering high-quality solutions.

You and your team take ownership of the services and software you build. You ensure that the services you build are scalable, maintainable and resilient. You will work closely with our other development teams to make sure the functionality you build fits seamlessly with the needs and requirements of our customers.

Furthermore, these will be your main tasks:

You will work with the team on designing and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable microservices with a keen focus on microarchitecture principles.
You will develop high-quality code primarily in Go and Elixir, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
You will work with Kubernetes for container orchestration, ensuring efficient deployment and scalability.

You have a bachelor or master degree in the area of Computer Science or equivalent;
You have at least 3 years of experience in Backend Development following software development best practices like TDD, SOLID, KISS and DRY;
You are proficient in working with multiple programming languages, demonstrating the ability to adapt and apply your experience across various contexts.
You have extensive experience with cloud-native technologies and microservices, building scalable, modular, and maintainable distributed applications. This includes working with databases, event-driven architectures, asynchronous communication, and cloud platforms/infrastructure.
You are proficient with Git and version control workflows.
You are comfortable working in an Agile environment.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
You are available to work hybrid in our Alicante office.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Go or Elixir for backend development.
Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka).
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Good understanding of security best practices for backend systems, including authentication and authorization frameworks (e.g., JWT, OAuth2).
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
