Your passion – our daily business
Talent Attraction & Employer Brand:
- You will conduct recruitment processes to attract and select top talent for our opportunities in a timely manner.
- You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- You will define sourcing and hiring strategies for each position as well as the evaluation process.
- You will manage job postings, screenings, and conducting interviews.
- You will proactively recruit using internal databases and social networks.
- You will support the improvement of strategic internal recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- You will organize and participate in recruiting/employer branding activities.
- You will ensure an excellent candidate experience by following our employer branding guidelines throughout the entire talent attraction process.
- You will develop and implement onboarding plans for new hires in cooperation with managers.
- You will ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and processes on a technical, corporate, and social level.
- You will implement action plans and provide personalized support and guidance to ensure an effective onboarding process.
- You will coordinate internally with other departments to prepare for the incorporation of new hires.
- You will identify training needs and propose targeted development initiatives such as training programs, coaching, project assignments, or job enrichment opportunities.
- You will design and launch Individual Development Plans and Career Plans.
- You will ensure a positive development experience by providing continuous support and follow-up, engaging both the employee and their manager throughout the process.
- You will provide general support to employees in their career growth and skill enhancement, offering orientation, coaching, and supervision as needed.

What You’ll Bring Along
- You completed your studies in the field of Economics, HR Management, Psychology or similar
- You are fluent in Spanish and English; and we are happy if we can speak in a third language
- You have consolidated experience of around 4 years in HR generalist positions, with focus on and passion for talent attraction and selection
- This means broad experience in the inbound recruiting process of different office positions
- If you recruited on international level this might highlight you in the talent pool
- Experience in onboarding management and training management experience is desired
- If you already gained experience in coaching, workshop management or similar this might highlight you in the talent pool
- To be successful in our role you should identify yourself as communicative and passionate person with certain charisma, showing empathy and strong negotiation skills

En Ampere seguimos creciendo y ahora buscamos un Auxiliar Administrativo que se incorpore en el Equipo de Administración y Finanzas.
Descripción del puesto
Como auxiliar administrativo en Ampere Energy, apoyarás en tareas administrativas y contables diarias. Tus responsabilidades incluirán la gestión de documentos, atención telefónica, comunicación interna y externa, y asistencia a la dirección ejecutiva.
Requisitos
- Formación ciclo superior en Administración y Finanzas o similar.
- Experiencia de al menos 3 años en puesto similar.
- Habilidades adicionales como organización, capacidad de trabajar en equipo y atención a los detalles serán muy valoradas.
Se Ofrece
- Contratación indefinida
- Incorporación a un puesto con posibilidad de crecimiento.
- Horario flexible y un día de teletrabajo a la semana.
- Los Viernes y los meses de de Julio y Agosto tendrás jornada intensiva de 8:00h. a 15:15h.
