The Gucci Client Advisor is a key ambassador for the Maison, actively contributing to achieving store sales targets and key performance indicators.
Through an exceptional sense of style, strong product sensitivity, and a genuine passion for fashion culture, the Client Advisors deliver a distinctive and memorable client experience, building long-lasting relationships while consistently embodying Gucci’s values, image, and standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Experience & Relationship:
•Deliver an outstanding, personalized and elevated client experience, before, during and after the sale, exceeding client expectations at every interaction
•Build strong and authentic relationships with clients, placing them at the center, actively listening to their needs and anticipating future desires
•Develop and nurture a solid client portfolio to ensure a proactive, loyal and growing business
Styling, Product & Fashion Culture
•Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and strong sensitivity to materials and craftsmanship
•Create personalized, versatile, and timeless looks, acting as a stylist and trusted fashion advisor for the client
•Express a deep passion for fashion, trends and contemporary culture, translating them into relevant and inspiring styling proposals
•Confidently connect product storytelling with client lifestyle, reinforcing emotional engagement and desirability
Sales & Business Performance
•Drive individual sales performance and achieve KPI targets with a strong business mindset and entrepreneurial approach

PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS
•Previous experience in high-quality client service environments, preferably in fashion, luxury retail, accessories or luxury hospitality
•Strong fashion sensibility and genuine passion for fashion culture and styling
•Natural client-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills
•Business-driven, proactive and results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create genuine and lasting client connections
•Team player with a collaborative attitude and strong sense of responsibility
•Comfortable using digital tools and applications; quick learner with new technologies
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize effectively
•Flexible to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
•Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus

Descripción del puesto
En Homs Rentals buscamos incorporar de forma temporal un/a ayudante dePintor/a Industrial para nuestra sección modular, con el objetivo de dar soporte al pintor actual debido a un incremento de pedidos. La persona seleccionada se encargará de realizar trabajos de pintura en estructuras modulares, asegurando acabados de alta calidad y cumpliendo con los estándares técnicos y de seguridad establecidos.
Funciones y responabilidades
Dar soporte en las siguientes funciones:
- Aplicación de pintura industrial mediante pistola airless, rodillo o brocha.
- Control de calidad de los acabados y corrección de defectos.
- Mantenimiento básico de equipos de pintura y herramientas.
- Colaboración con el equipo de producción para cumplir plazos y objetivos.
- Cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, salud laboral y medio ambiente.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en pintura industrial, preferentemente en estructuras metálicas o modulares.
- Conocimiento en técnicas de aplicación de pintura y preparación de superficies.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y seguir instrucciones técnicas.
- Disponibilidad inmediata.
- Contrato temporal de 3 meses con la opción de renovar 3 meses más
- Horario a jornada completa de lunes a viernes de 7:00 a 16:00 horas

About the role
Multi-Wing is looking for a Production Manager to take full responsibility for production operations at our plant in La Roca, Catalona, Spain. This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on production management, quality, operational performance, and financial results, working closely with Supply Chain, Quality, HR, Customer Service, and Finance.
You will play a key role in ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production while driving continuous improvement, people development, and long-term operational stability in line with Multi-Wing’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
Production & Plant Operations
- Lead and manage daily production operations, ensuring delivery, quality, and efficiency targets are met
- Ensure stable production flow, optimal capacity utilization, and effective resource planning
- Oversee production, quality, customer service, HR, and supply chain functions at plant level
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Develop and execute production and plant strategies aligned with Multi-Wing’s long-term goals
- Define, track, and improve operational KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity
- Initiate and lead efficiency, automation, and process improvement initiatives
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure full responsibility for product and system quality, including ISO 9001 compliance
- Manage customer and supplier non-conformities and corrective actions
- Review product-related contracts and quality documentation
- Cooperate with external inspectors, auditors, and certification bodies
Financial & Cost Management
- Take ownership of production cost control and contribute to full plant P&L responsibility
- Prepare and manage production budgets in collaboration with Finance
- Monitor labor, material, maintenance, and overhead costs
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety
People & Resource Management
- Ensure adequate staffing, competence development, and succession planning
- Lead, coach, and develop production and quality teams
- Make decisions related to hiring, performance evaluation, promotions, and development
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and performance-oriented work environment
Sustainability & Continuous Improvement
- Actively contribute to Multi-Wing’s sustainability initiatives within production
- Identify and implement improvements related to energy efficiency, waste reduction, and responsible manufacturing
- Promote Lean, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving methodologies
Your profile
Experience & background
- Proven experience in a Production Manager / Plant Manager / Operations Manager role
- Strong background in mechanical or industrial manufacturing
- Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001)
- Demonstrated responsibility for production performance, costs, and people leadership
- Experience working in an international or multi-site environment is an advantage

- Strong people leader with hands-on, pragmatic management style
- Structured, analytical, and results-oriented
- Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions

Language & systems
