Our factory is looking to hire a highly organized Executive Assistant / Secretary who is eager to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the management and administration of our daily operations.

Main Responsibilities:

-Managing schedules, communications, and meeting arrangements for the management team.

-Coordinating and tracking administrative tasks.

-Acting as a liaison between different departments.

-Providing support in managing important documentation.

Essential Requirements:

-Advanced level of English (both spoken and written). Fluency in this language is fundamental for the position.

-Excellent communication and organizational skills.

-Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Especially Valued:

-Demonstrable knowledge and/or experience in accounting and logistics.
