Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive Technical Sales & Project Manager to manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and lead project execution within a manufacturing environment. This role acts as the key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful project delivery, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and develop client relationships, understanding customer needs and coordinating solutions with internal teams.
- Prepare, review, and follow up on quotations, project proposals, and engineering change requests.
- Identify new business opportunities and support business development initiatives.
- Conduct cost analysis and support quality audits when required.
- Lead new project launches, process improvements, and engineering changes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, maintenance, systems, finance, suppliers, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain standard project workflows, planning tools, and best practices across operations.
- Experience in Technical Sales, Project Management, Business Development, or a similar industrial/manufacturing role.
- Strong customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage quotations, project planning, cost analysis, and project execution.
- Fluent English (B2+), with confidence leading meetings and presentations.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and business processes
