Requisitos:
Experiencia demostrable en roles de soporte técnico de TI
Conocimientos sólidos en la administración de sistemas Mac, incluyendo la resolución de problemas y la configuración.
Experiencia en plataformas MDM (Mobile Device Management).
Familiaridad con Google Workspace, Atlassian y Jira Tickets.
Habilidades técnicas sólidas en la resolución de problemas de hardware, software y redes.
Capacidad para realizar un seguimiento y gestionar el inventario de hardware y software de manera eficiente.
Experiencia en la gestión de proveedores de servicios de TI y hardware.
Se valoran positivamente tener Certificaciones relevantes en soporte técnico de TI.
