Barreto Infraestructuras busca incorporar un/a Ingeniero/a Técnico/a de Edificación para reforzar su equipo técnico en Madrid.

Jefe de Obra / Técnico de Producción — Empresa Constructora (La Sagra / Getafe)

Empresa constructora en fase de crecimiento, con obras activas en la comarca de La Sagra (Toledo) y Madrid. Buscamos incorporar un perfil técnico con vocación de obra para reforzar el control de ejecución en nuestros proyectos.

¿Qué buscamos?

Un/a Aparejador/a, Arquitecto/a Técnico/a o Ingeniero/a de Edificación con perfil eminentemente de campo, que quiera estar el día a día en el tajo gestionando personas y resolviendo problemas reales de ejecución — no un perfil de despacho ni de reporting a distancia.

Funciones principales

• Presencia diaria en obra, controlando el avance real frente al planificado
• Coordinación directa de encargados, personal propio y subcontratas
• Resolución de incidencias técnicas y de ejecución en el momento, sobre el terreno
• Control de calidad y seguridad en obra
• Recepción y control de materiales y acopios
• Interlocución directa con propiedad y/o dirección facultativa cuando sea necesario

Funciones de soporte (menor peso, no el núcleo del puesto)

• Mediciones y certificaciones mensuales de obra ejecutada
• Comparativos de ofertas de subcontratas y proveedores
• Seguimiento básico de planificación y control de desviaciones de coste

Requisitos

• Mínimo 3-5 años de experiencia demostrable como Jefe de Obra o Encargado Técnico en constructoras (valorable pymes, no imprescindible experiencia en grandes organismos o despachos)
• Formación en Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería de Edificación o similar
• Experiencia real gestionando subcontratas y cuadrillas (negociación, plazos, resolución de conflictos)
• Autonomía para tomar decisiones en obra sin necesidad de escalarlo todo
• Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para desplazarse entre obras en la zona de La Sagra y Madrid

Se valorará

• Conocimiento de RIB Presto, MS Project o herramientas similares (como apoyo, no como actividad principal)
• Experiencia en obra de edificación residencial de tamaño pequeño-medio

Role Overview

We are seeking creative professionals with expertise in structural dynamics to tackle challenging tasks in the mechanical analysis and testing of space structures and systems. The ideal candidate will bring initial professional experience in the mechanical design and verification of space components (satellites, instruments, structure and mechanisms) and is eager to apply and further develop their academic and practical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements identification: Identify and understand relevant mechanical requirements. Especially concerning the mechanical environments, in order to identify and define the analyses necessary for design verification and validation.
• Structural Analysis: Support the execution of static and dynamic structural analyses for space structures and systems, ensuring result plausibility through manual verification methods.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct mechanical performance analyses for high-precision instruments and structures designed for space applications.
• Testing & Simulation: Contribute to the simulation, oversight and post-test assessment and correlation of structures static testing, as well as vibration testing for satellites and their sub-components.
• FEM Modeling: Develop mathematical structural models using Finite Element Analysis (FEA), focusing on application-oriented structural idealization and physical model validation using Hyperworks and NASTRAN.
• Verification of Joints: Perform strength verification for joining elements in accordance with ESA standards.
• Tool Development: Assist in developing internal tools for workflow optimization and the processing of analytical and test data.
• Documentation: Write and maintain comprehensive documentation of all processes, specifically regarding mathematical models, analytical/test outcomes and compliance to requirements.
  
  

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Prior professional experience in the design and verification of aerospace structures is highly preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in static/dynamic structural analysis (FEM) and manual calculation methods.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Nastran and Hyperworks. Programming skills in Matlab, Python, VBA or C++ are desirable.
• Specific Knowledge: Solid understanding of space-specific requirements; experience with composite structure design and calculation is a plus.
• Soft Skills: A proactive, structured work style with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
