• Ensure and execute all financial and tax operations
• Reconciles accounts and checks the accuracy of journal entries ensuring that the general ledger is accurate and complete.
• Checks and analyzes financial information and prepares accounting reports and statements. These reports may include profit and loss statements, balance sheets, depreciation statements, cash flow, debtor and creditor lists, repayment schedules, regulatory reports and filings.
• Provides technical accounting advice to functional or operational managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage support their financial responsibilities.
• Handle any specific requests in support of the business.
• Other duties reasonably required to support the finance team in budget development and control.
  
  

• 2/3 years in sales controlling and preferably in multinational company
• Knowledge of English language both written and spoken at Intermediate level (B1/B2)
• Knowledge of ERP operating systems, , Business Intelligence , etc
• Computer knowledge ofWindows software (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.) and the main IT communication tools
• Analysis: ability to gather, correctly analyse and act on available information.
• Accuracy and understanding of data accuracy
• Attention to detail - proactive attitude in identifying possible critical issues and proactive in formulating improvement actions
• Respect for deadlines
• Prioritisation - knows how to plan one's activities according to urgencies, even if not planned
• Adapts quickly to change and manages complexities
• Knows how to establish trusting relationships with the team, colleagues from other functions and customers/suppliers in a collaborative manner

Empresa referente en la venta, distribución y almacenaje de productos de consumo a través de el comercio electrónico, precisa incorporar un/a MARKETPLACE MANAGER especializado en Amazon, para una incorporación en su plantilla ubicada en Getafe.

Las funciones a desempeñar son:

- Gestión operativa de los canales de ventas de Amazon, en particular garantizando el cumplimiento de los KPI y el desempeño de el/la vendedor/a.
- Revisar y priorizar nuevas funciones de Amazon como base para las decisiones de gestión
- Monitorear el desempeño, la competencia y la trazabilidad del producto de las cuentas de Amazon.
- Soporte técnico en la concepción e introducción de una solución de interfaz para la integración de Amazon en la arquitectura de software existente
- Determinación de datos de producto relevantes para el Amazon y transferencia a la gestión de datos de los productos.
- Coordinación de proceso en el entorno a amazónico.

Requisitos
Requisitos:
-Debes aportar experiencia en la gestión de cuentas Marketplace, especialmente Amazon.
-Experiencia en el entorno de comercio electrónico.
-Indispensable buen dominio de Inglés.
-Preferiblemente vehículo para llegar al lugar de trabajo que se encuentra en polígono industrial en Getafe

-Salario a negociar en función de experiencia y conocimientos entre 24
