• End-to-end platform development: Design and build scalable web and backend systems that integrate with physical network devices, telemetry, and edge data streams.
• Infrastructure automation: Lead CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and container orchestration across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• System reliability & observability: Build tools for monitoring uptime, latency, and data integrity across distributed deployments.
• Edge-to-cloud pipelines: Design robust data pipelines and synchronization frameworks between hardware telemetry and application services.
• Cross-layer collaboration: Work closely with network and hardware engineers to ensure software interfaces seamlessly with routers, access points, and local gateways.
• Security & compliance: Ensure data protection and secure network operations across geographies and jurisdictions.
• Mentorship & technical leadership: Guide junior engineers, define DevOps best practices, and enforce reliability across the stack.Qualifications:
• Backend Development: Advanced in Node.js and/or Python; experience with event-driven architectures and API design.
• Frontend Development: Skilled in React (preferred), Vue, or Angular for building operational dashboards and monitoring tools.
• Cloud & DevOps: Strong command of AWS (Lambda, EC2, ECS), Vercel, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Networking & Systems: Familiarity with Linux networking, routing, and service orchestration at scale; experience in telecom, mesh, or IoT systems is a major plus.
• Database Design: Expert in both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis) for high-availability, real-time analytics.
• Monitoring & Logging: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar tools.
• Security & Compliance: Knowledge of data security, identity management, and encryption standards.

Job Summary

Develops and implements production/processing methods and controls to meet quality standards in the most efficient manner for new and existing assembly/molding processes. Monitors the assembly/molding process; troubleshooting problem processes and assisting in resolving quality issues. Is the technical expert on various projects/productions jobs and process as required.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead the startup of new/existing projects/production jobs, optimizing cost, efficiency and quality.
• Lead the process control and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Monitor the assembly/molding process running in production; troubleshoot problems associated with processes, and assist in resolving quality issues.
• Establish detailed processes for new product lines; document product development and changes; evaluate new product performance; and monitor new tool design.
• Debug significant complex problems in new systems, tooling and automation.
• Design major experiments to enhance processes as well as improve yields and utilization through reduced cycle and efficient set-up.
• Lead and implement major maintenance changes in process improvements; propose or specify repair alteration of automation while ensuring adequate documentation is maintained.
• Provide functional and technical mentoring to process technicians and other process engineers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; supporting all company safety programs and initiatives.
• Support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
• Apply and support Lean Manufacturing principles.

En Grupo Digital buscamos un/a Desarrollador/a Frontend / Backend Java para unirse al equipo de desarrollo de software (incorporación directa en plantilla de nuestro cliente).

Condiciones:

* Duración Proyecto: larga duración
* Ubicación: Reus y/o provincia de Tarragona
* Modalidad de trabajo: híbrido
* Horario: 9 a 18h
* Salario: hasta 40.000 € B/A (según experiencia)

Funciones:

* Desarrollo de aplicaciones Frontend / Backend utilizando Java
* Colaboración en la implementación de nuevas funcionalidades utilizando GitFlow
* Participación en reuniones de equipo para la planificación y seguimiento de proyectos


Requisitos:

* Experiencia previa en desarrollo Frontend / Backend Java
* Conocimientos en repositorios Git y uso de GitFlow
