At Adecco Outsourcing, we are looking for a Game Designer with experience in live content to collaborate with one of our clientsa leader in developing innovative video games and augmented reality experiences.
 
What will your mission be?
-Design, test, and fine-tune gameplay mechanics focused on events and live content, optimizing the player experience.
-Create clear and effective design documents and content proposals aligned with production, design, and marketing teams.
-Review and ensure quality and accuracy during implementation and testing processes.
-Analyze player behavior at a local level, identifying trends and preferences to personalize experiences.
-Your work will directly impact how millions of players engage with the game every day.
 
Requirements
-Over 5 years of experience creating and managing live content for mobile games.
-Full experience in content creation processes, from concept to final delivery.
-Advanced knowledge of system design, balancing, and progression in free-to-play models.
-Advanced Excel skills.
-C1 level of English (spoken and written).
-Strong knowledge of mobile games and user-centered design approach.
-Previous experience with titles that have large communities and a high number of daily active users.
-Adaptability to work in multidisciplinary teams and dynamic environments.
